Front desk very polite and very quick. However my doctor wasn’t able to tell me what I had and sent me home with a numbing mouth wash. Lab results was supposed to take 2 days and took 3 coming back negative. I went somewhere else the next day and the test was positive. I had to call back to get my prescription because it was never sent in the first place.

Great experience! I was treated promptly and the staff were all professional and kind. Special shout out to Sarah - I was particularly nervous / difficult with the throat swab and she was extremely patient, caring, and made the experience as painless as it possibly could be.

First time here and I was very impressed. I walked in and had a couple people ahead of me, though it sounds like you can schedule an appointment, too. Very kind front desk staff, PA, and doctor. It was clean and well kept. There was even an ocean sound machine in the room while I waited for the doctor. I will definitely come back.

We just started coming here since my daughter’s primary doctor is in southern Jersey. Unfortunately she’s very accident prone and is never without a health ailment. This is a very great alternative to driving back and forth to her regular doctor especially on a school day. All of the staff are pleasant, gracious, and caring. They remembered her after just one visit and that brought her a lot of comfort. Dr. Tori is very sweet and informative. Thank you for being amazing.

I went to this urgent care first time today. I had terrible migraine and nausea from 2am. I was seen by Karen Chung. I was in so much pain: she was very kind, friendly and shown empathy unlike some other places. I had 2 shots: one from pain, one from nausea and prescription medication from migraine. Overall I was happy about my visit and how I was treated by Karen Chung. Assistant wae pleasant too.

Website says they are still accepting walk ins but when you walk in they are turning away patients.Wild for a business to stop helping people 30 mins before they close. Especially with the nurses and Dr's just sitting back there doing nothing.

Check in is easy and i have never experienced a long wait to be seen by a provider. The medical asst and providers have always been caring. I have never felt rushed. I feel heard each time I have needed to be seen in person by a medical provider.

Went to this walk-in urgent care facility for severe back pain and spasms. Waiting time was minimal, less than 20 minutes. Front desk staff was warm, courteous, and professional. Check-in procedure was via website in the waiting room. The staff Nurse who triaged my vitals was also very kind and caring. The physician assistant who treated me was very knowledgeable and showed empathy for my pain level. The results from this visit essentially was pain relief and solution reduced the stress level I was experiencing before my visit to the clinic. I highly and unequivocally recommend this urgent care office to anyone seeking medical help without having to spend hours at a hospital emergency room.
