I had a wonderful experience at Premier Eye Associates. Dr. Erica was absolutely fantastic... personable, attentive, thorough, and highly professional. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment.
Angie was incredibly helpful when it came to selecting frames. She was patient, knowledgeable, and offered great suggestions without making me feel pressured. Finding the right pair of glasses was actually enjoyable thanks to her assistance.
Amanda at the reception desk was equally impressive. She was friendly, welcoming, and efficient, making the check-in and check-out process seamless.
From start to finish, the entire team provided exceptional customer service. The office was professional, organized, and welcoming. Overall, it was a great and pleasant experience, and I highly recommend Premier Eye Associates to anyone looking for outstanding eye care and a friendly, professional staff.
Premier Eye Associates truly goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about their patients. I was recently in the hospital and dealing with severe, persistent migraines with aura, and they were able to get me in immediately. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and thorough throughout my entire visit.
They even provided special glasses to help soothe my eyes during the appointment, which meant so much while I was struggling. After running extensive testing, Dr. Brian took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me several options to help manage my symptoms.
What touched me the most was the care they showed even after my appointment. They sent me a thoughtful care package in the mail filled with a beautiful card, migraine relief products and comforting items to help me through this difficult time. I have honestly never been treated with such kindness and compassion by a medical office before.
I’m especially grateful to Dr. Brian and the entire team for making such a stressful week a little brighter. Thank you all so much for your exceptional care, support, and help with my eyes.
I love coming here! It’s so nice inside and everyone is so friendly. The complimentary drink is always such a treat (they have La Colombe) ! Today was the first time I went with my 2 month old and I noticed that it was baby friendly as well. Plenty of room near the front desk and in the rooms for a stroller. There was even a changing table in the bathroom which proved to be a life saver today! Definitely recommend :)
I had an amazing experience at Premier Eye Associates in Collingswood today. The office was gorgeous inside, beautiful décor and very clean & I was warmly welcomed by the staff as soon as I walked in. All of the staff from check-in, during my visit, to check-out were wonderful. Jackie assisted me in the beginning with the routine eye examinations and she was so sweet and bubbly. Doctor Enarusai was amazing. She explained each procedure in detail and made me feel at ease, especially since it had been years since I had been to the eye doctor. I was assisted in trying on and ordering glasses with Lauren and she was incredible. She was so kind and helped me with trying on glasses and finding ones I really liked. She broke down the prices of everything for ordering my glasses in detail and made the process seamless. I would definitely give Premier Eye Associates in Collingswood 5+ stars, I look forward to my next visit!
Totally love the experience at Premier Eye! Staff is so friendly, the technology is amazing, especially the vr experience and they even serve you drinks! The doctors are extremely knowledgeable and warm and the office is beautiful.
From the moment I walked in the door, I was pleasantly greeted and taken care off. This was my first visit to Premiere Eye Associates and the staff is absolutely helpful and amazing. Dr. Erica was super nice and knowledgeable and answered my questions. I will continue to go here for all my eyecare needs and have even recommended my family start to go there as well. I highly recommend Premier Eye Associates! I’ve been a patient there for 3 years, and every visit has been easy and pleasant. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming, from the receptionist to the doctors, and the office is always very clean and organized. They make the whole experience smooth and stress-free every time!
Dr. Erica is an absolute sweetheart and tremendously KNOWLEDGEABLE. She helped me test the fit on contact lenses and was so patient with me as I’m not great at putting things near my eyes. She was patient and reassuring and I felt so well taken care of. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional.
