Excellent service and a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout my visit. From the doctors to the front desk staff, the entire team made me feel welcomed and well taken care of.

UNETHICAL SELLING AND REVIEW-CORNERING.
I was acknowledged right away (perhaps because I was a new patient), anyways the dentist was amazing, everything was so clean and everyone there was very polite!
What I didn't like is the aggressive sales tactic, It got annoying. They also asked me if I wanted to give them a review which I was more than happy to do so but she had the iPod on my face and stood in front of me, it didn't make me feel comfortable, it would had been a really good review since I didn't see the financial counselor yet. lol
When I did, the prices shocked me, it was extremely high compared to other places, I was also given prices of other treatment that I didn't asked for. Overall it came out to around $20, 000. I only wanted to get one front tooth fixed!
I politely asked why is there such a big difference in price from other places I've been and that's when the real service came out.
I was expecting to hear maybe different materials, technology etc. but no, I was questioned as per why I've been shopping around, wouldn't you do the same if it was your money and health involved? She also said that nobody will charge less that that, I told her that 5 yrs ago I had one done for $2000 and she didn't believe me. I felt like showing her my tooth lol.
Anyways beautiful people but aggressive selling and now I understand why so many reviews with good ratings. They push it on you, stand in front of you to make sure you review them before you see the prices lol.
The service and customer care at Preferred Dental Care was absolutely excellent! From the warm and welcoming receptionist, to the hygienist, Eleni, the treatment coordinator, the supportive dental assistant Shania, and Dr. Patel — the entire team made my experience comfortable, professional, and stress-free from beginning to end.
Everyone was patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely caring. Dr. Patel took the time to explain everything clearly, while the staff ensured I felt supported every step of the way. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines professionalism with such outstanding customer service and compassion.
Highly recommend Preferred Dental Care to anyone looking for quality dental care and an amazing team!!
I am extremely happy with my new dentures, and with the care I received from Dr. Trivedi. She took the time to listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure my dentures fit comfortably. Follow-up adjustments were easy to schedule, and the office staff were always friendly and helpful. The entire process was handled with patience, care, and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. Trivedi to anyone needing dentures or looking for a knowledgeable and caring dentist.
I'm giving this place a 1 star review with the hopes that they finally remove me from their contact list, I've blocked their number and emails multiple times yet they still send me advertisements.
I visited this place when I had a dental emergency - one of my recently cemented crowns fell off and I happened to be travelling in New York at the time. I went to this place because the reviews seemed so high online, I was surprised that the place itself seemed old and not so clean. A dental office is supposed to be immaculate, this place felt a bit run down.
The operation itself went smoothly, they cemented my crown back in a few minutes, charged a pretty penny to my insurance, nothing unusual.
I was very surprised however when they blocked me on my way out of the operation room, and held a QR code to my face with a big smile on theirs 'How did you like your experience with us today?'. They then proceeded to watch over my shoulder word after word what I wrote on their Google review page - this explained the extremely high rating I had seen online. I left them 5 stars and immediately deleted my review after leaving the office.
This brings me to this post two years later, ever since that day I've been getting constant advertisements from them, I've asked them to remove my contact info multiple times, I don't even live in New York, yet every time they tell me they removed it I still get another 'your smile is important! Schedule your cleaning today!' or just the other night 'did you know dental disease is contagious? We look forward to seeing you!'.
In summary, average place, forced 5 star reviews before you can leave, never ending spam messages afterwards, wouldn't recommend.
First of all the receptionist was very helpful and FUNNY. I had a great experience at this dental practice. The staff was welcoming, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The dentist, Dr Trivedi took her time to explain everything clearly and was very gentle throughout the appointment. The hygienist, Saira, was very gentle during my cleaning. The office was clean, organized, and ran on time. I’m really happy with the care I received and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy dentist!
I had a great experience at this dental office. The office is very clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and parking was easy and convenient. I also appreciated the coffee station while waiting. Dr Trivedi took her time to clearly explain my treatment options and was able to accommodate me with a same-day procedure. I love that they offer flexible payment plans and helped send my claims for reimbursement, which made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend!
I’ve been coming to this office for about 3 years now for treatments and cleanings, and I’ve always had a great experience. The whole staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming every time I come in. Big shoutout to Dr. Patel though — she always makes sure I’m comfortable, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about her patients. She makes every visit smooth and stress-free.
