I had an excellent experience at NYC Health + Hospitals / Queens.
From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind, respectful, and very professional. The attention was prompt and well organized, and I felt well cared for at all times. The doctors and nurses took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and provide compassionate, human-centered care, which truly makes a difference when you’re not feeling well.
The facilities were clean and well maintained, and the entire team showed genuine commitment to patient care and well-being.
I am very grateful for the dedication, patience, and quality of service I received. It’s clear that the staff works with professionalism and heart. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent care!
The physician Dr Silverstein was amazing. The nurses never knew anything when my daughter called to ask them for updates. They were not informed about their patients. They put in a IV in the afternoon of my discharge for no reason. I think the nurses should check their charts properly.
This is the only hospital that provided the most qualified, professional care when I was pregnant. My delivery also took place at this hospital. The quality of care is top-notch—both the equipment and the staff are excellent. Everyone is very polite and attentive, responding quickly to every request. My husband was also emergency admitted to this hospital, and his treatment experience was just outstanding. I had to visit the emergency department several times, and the care was always very fast, professional, and the issue was always resolved. The medications were always chosen correctly. We also have all three of my children monitored in the pediatrics department, and I really like their service, the examination protocols, and the treatment. So, thank you so much to this hospital, and to all the doctors, nurses, and staff for your work.

Our 5 children have had a wonderful experience with this healthcare institution. The entire staff is incredibly helpful and courteous, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere. We were especially impressed by the PCP Cristal Brooks, NP who was incredibly detailed and took her time with the observation of one of my sons. She provided thorough feedback and never made us feel rushed. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a provider that actually listens and cares for patients!
Everyone was super nice, and explained everything to me thoroughly. Even though there was a wait, it went by fast enough as they kept me updated constantly, staff there is very friendly. I had a great experience
From second one thay asked lots of questions and were Verry attentive even though that were sooo busy. Some of this staff truly dedicated there lives to saving life's the heros, and even the ones not that dedicated there all still a Verry good support system for the ones who are. So really the whole staff is truly fantastic!!!
