The absolute worst experience of my life. The medical malpractice I’ve endured is extremely alarming and the fabrication about my visit is alarming.
I have been experiencing severe breast pain related to my stage 3 breast cancer and have repeatedly been turned away from emergency rooms. I made an appointment here, and they almost didn't honor it, which I found deeply unethical. They report pain level 0 and the MD express about the leg tightness and did nothing for me.
I specifically requested a DO because I prefer a holistic approach to my care, and I was scheduled with Dr. Wong. The level of professionalism was disappointing. He appeared to be watching a timer and seemed eager to end the appointment rather than address my concerns. He made me feel like I was a burden, even though I was the patient seeking medical care.
I was seen for only about five minutes, and the staff was extremely rude throughout my visit. I have been actively seeking medical attention for my condition, and this experience left me feeling dismissed and unheard.
I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Please consider seeking care elsewhere. In my experience, compassion seemed selective, and I felt that my basic human rights and dignity as a patient were not respected.
They scheduled my follow-up appointment two weeks later, despite the seriousness of my condition, and I have continued to struggle to receive timely medical attention.
This review reflects my personal experience and is intended to help others make informed decisions. If this could happen to me, it could happen to anyone.
As a healthcare professional and patient advocate, I am beyond repulsed by how I was treated. There needs to be an investigation because no one should have to suffer at there most vulnerability moments.
I didn’t have to wait long after my scheduled appointment time (approx 20min). The front desk staff was very nice. The young lady that called me into the room and took my vitals was really nice. When Dr. Hopgood came in the room he made me feel very comfortable. He allowed me to ask questions after I answered his questions and he LISTENED. He has a very calm demeanor and a great spirit. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Tarek Elrafei. From the moment I walked in, he made me feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for. He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, never making me feel rushed. His patience, kindness, and attention to detail truly set him apart.
Dr. Elrafei went above and beyond to ensure all of my questions were answered and that I fully understood my care and treatment options. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such expertise with such compassion.
I would recommend Dr. Tarek Elrafei to absolutely everyone! It was a 100000/10 experience. Truly one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen!
I had an appointment with Dr. Brandon Hopgood yesterday, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout my visit. His excellent bedside manner made me feel comfortable and at ease, and he took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions thoroughly. It's clear that he truly cares about his patients and providing the best possible care. I highly recommend Dr. Hopgood to anyone looking for an outstanding urologist. Thank you for a great experience!
I'M SO BLESSED TO BE UNDER THEIR CARE AND DR. RETTER DEALING WITH MY CHRONIC ANEMIA.. THEY ARE ALWAYS KIND AND LEAVE NO STONES UNTURNED. & NOW MY IRON LEVELS ARE WOOHOO NORMAL.. PRAISE GOD.... . VERY PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING AND KIND WITH ME AS I MISSED QUITE A FEW APPOINTMENTS NEVER TURNED ME AWAY OR GAVE UP ON ME OR TURNED ME AWAY... I GET ANXIOUS GOING TO SEE DOCTOR'S
. NOT ONCE AM I ANXIOUS WITH ANYONE HERE.. FROM CHECKING IN TO GETTING LABS, NURSE TAKING VITALS AND SEEING DR. RETTER AND HIS TEAM AS WELL AS THE ONES WHO DID MY IRON INFUSIONS THEY ALL GREET YOU WARMLY, WITH SMILES, WELCOMING. . I'M BLESSED AND GRATEFUL MY PRIMARY REFERRED ME HERE..I HAVE MORE ENERGY I'M SO HAPPY I CAN MATCH MY 2YR OLD GRANDSONS ENERGY, PLAY MORE , WALK, RUN AND SLIDE THE SLIDE WITH HIM
Dr. Retter is caring and takes time when he sees me. At times i understand that his assistant professionals must step in and see me when Doc is so busy with other patients who needs his immediate attention. I respect that especially when im there for a follow up or consolation. I miss him when i cannot see him. I was so happy yesterday i got to see him and i had to catch him up with my health concerns and my personal business too since i got married last year. Dr. Retter is family so i feel great when he gives me a good health report and when he tells me what i must do to correct when the report is not so good. Thank you also for the great staff in that building everyone shows love and care for the patients ❤️
I am being honest, I appreciate the workers there. The ladies are amazing. Finally, I found someone that listens and understands my situation. It doesn’t take a lot to make an impact in someone’s life. All you have to do is listen. I’m grateful. I’ve been looking for help and Now I’m grateful that I made it here.

Ever since my very first visit, I’ve felt completely cared for at this office. Dr. Retter, the nurses and assistants are genuinely sincere, attentive, and kind, and they make every appointment feel safe and supported. Dr. Retter always knows exactly what’s going on with my health, even before I fully explain myself, and he approaches every concern with patience, knowledge, and compassion. He’s not just hardworking, he truly cares.
The nurses and assistants are incredibly warm and nurturing, and they always take the time to listen to both my health concerns and personal worries. I sometimes struggle to be vulnerable about my health, but here, I feel safe enough to be completely honest, knowing I will be understood.
I also want to recognize the amazing representatives downstairs, especially the beautiful lady with brown hair and glasses. She is so kind, warm, empathetic and effortlessly goes above and beyond in her work. Seeing her always makes every appointment brighter and easier, no matter what I’m going through.
This whole team creates an environment where I feel truly supported, seen, and cared for, and I am deeply grateful to each and every one of them.
