As always Dr Brian Lilien went out of his way to explain everything and answer all the questions that I had. He is so kind and thoughtful. I never felt rushed. It was a very positive experience.

Everyone was wonderful from the check in staff, to Dr Kim, to the staff who got us for new glasses. Everyone was helpful and professional. I have been coming here since Dr DelloRusso (dad) did my LASIK and now my kids come here, too!

Had swelling in my left eye lid and was concerned about my eye having an infection. They took me in right away. Took pics of both eyes and did a thorough exam. Love they didn’t make me wait for an appointment . Drs are compassionate and very thorough. Would highly recommend .

Seriously considering changing doctors. The front desk is cold, dismissive, unresponsive and indifferent. With all the text reminders, phone check in, tablet check in they are obsolete. Literally I would fire them today. My visit was a waste of my time and I did not get treated for what I went. Based on my age they assigned me for an automatic different doctor and derailed the purpose of my visit. Completely disappointed in what I thought was a top notch establishment. The doctors themselves are professional but that front desk needs to go.

First time patient at this location and I have to say I was super impressed. They scheduled me an appointment within the week of my phone call which was amazing. Secondly, the staff is incredibly friendly and warm. Physician on staff was incredibly patient, informative, and kind! Lastly, picking out my frames was a breeze with the front end staff. All of this was done within an hour and I had my baby with me the whole visit! I will be a long term patient!

A very long wait time. I had scheduled my appointment well in advance. I didn’t realize that this office is more for the elderly. It has a low budget government clinic vibe. It felt like I was waiting for free services. It was not pleasant. They did see my son and the doctor was nice. The atmosphere and wait time is what I did not like.

The staff was friendly and attentive. They made me feel at ease. Dr Desilets was very kind and took time to explain my options. I feel I'm in great hands with my upcoming surgery.

recently contacted Della Russo Laser Vision New Jersey Eye Center to request a paper copy of my prescription. The customer service representative was polite and helpful in connecting me to a technician. Unfortunately, my experience with the technician was very disappointing. She was condescending, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the call. At one point, she spoke to others about my situation while I was still on the line, and then abruptly asked if I was still there. I found this behavior inappropriate and disrespectful. While I understand that I had not yet confirmed my contact lenses, the way this was handled felt judgmental rather than helpful. I was simply looking for guidance, but instead received criticism and no clear solution. I was ultimately redirected back to customer service without receiving the information I needed. This experience did not reflect the level of professionalism or patient care I expect. I had originally gone to this practice after the Glen Rock location closed, but based on this interaction, I will be seeking care elsewhere.I will first cancel the appointment. Margie at customer service was amazing. Too bad the technician doesn’t know how to be of assistance.
