It was my first time at the clinic and I was impressed with how the staff from the receptionist welcoming invite to each staff member after. Everyone was very personable and professional. It didn't take much to for the entire process to be done, from signing in to receiving medical attention. Thank you for the quality of service.

The front desk staff member was efficient, and the nurse was very respectful. Physician Assistant Andy Nan was extremely informative and made me feel comfortable about returning for a follow-up. This was my first visit, and I will definitely be back. For transparency, I don’t know any of the staff personally—I simply had a great first experience, especially while coming in very sick. Keep up the good work—we need more people like this in the healthcare field.

The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. I am currently going for spravato treatment and feel very comfortable during the treatment. they told me that my Medicaid had been canceled and I need to straighten it out, but they still allowed me to come in for treatment that day because my medicine was there already. One of the best clinics I’ve been to as far as the staff and the wait times. and I have been to countless places for treatment for depression. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Best urgent care I’ve ever been to. They were in my healthcare network, which made it financially convenient for me. Upon arrival, I was greeted by two very friendly staff members at the front desk who helped me check in and get my appointment set up quickly. This was my first visit, and I’ll definitely be returning and recommending them to others. The front desk staff member who also handled my blood work was extremely professional and helped me feel at ease, even though I have a fear of getting my blood drawn. That’s a big plus—they truly know how to treat their patients with care and respect. Let me know if you'd like a shorter version or one tailored for Google, Yelp, or another platform.

Great experience with Spravato treatment here. The facility is clean, professional, and the process is very well-organized. The team at Nao Medical really takes the time to explain everything and monitor your progress. Thank you.

A good doctor is hard to find these days. Dr. Mike is awesome, probably one of the best doctor’s I’ve ever had, his bedside manner is unmatched and he truly seems to care about his patients. Staff is attentive, friendly and helpful, the whole team works to make managing your health between follow up medical appointments, issues with insurance and pharmacies, and so on, as easy as they can for the patient. I would give 100 stars if I could. Edit (1/10/26): I have had nothing but positive things to say about this place since beginning with them in April 2025. The providers and staff at the Jamaica and LIC offices are still awesome, but I am very disturbed by the overall team and their seeming lack of concern about patient care. This week alone, a bunch of my medications were sent to the wrong pharmacy. I had to call and email at least four times on Thursday before this was corrected and by the time it was it was too late for my pharmacy to send them out for delivery the next day, so I had to build time into my busy Friday of work to travel and pick these medications up (the pharmacy is a good distance from me and typically deliver the medications to me). Yesterday, I attempted to fill a prescription that I use weekly (today) and was informed that a provider needed to contact the insurance company to provide a new prior authorization. I began to contact them at 1:30 pm and informed them that the local pharmacy I use for this prescription closed at 7:30 pm. I called six times begging for this to be completed as the hours ticked by. No one ever did anything, so now today I do not have my needed medication, and probably will miss this entire week as the prior authorization office is closed for the weekend now. The complete lack of concern for patients needs and follow up to ensure that patients' medication regimens can be continued without interruption is appalling. The fact that I called them six times asking that it be completed before 7pm and it still wasn't done is like rubbing salt in the wound. Horrible experience with support staff on the phone, and assistants to providers and now I do not have my medication, despite the fact that I did everything I could to ensure that I would. Infuriating. If you want good doctors and staff at the office they fit the bill. If you want comprehensive medical care and support that ensures you are acknowledged, respected and assisted with ensuring that you do not deviate from your prescribed medication regimen- THIS IS NOT THE PLACE Edit 1/21/26: Okay, so after nine months, they have turned out to be just as bad if not worse than every other doctor’s office. After everything I’ve dealt with as far as medication the last two weeks; I showed up for a scheduled three month follow up appointment and was told by the office manager at Jamaica that I would need to pay $150 toward my deductible to be seen. My insurance started in April 2025- when I started at Nao. I have had to pay $30 copays for PCP visits in the past nine months except the first one as it was considered my “annual.” I have all of my care under the umbrella of Nao and have been explicitly told that I do not have a copay for the other services, only $30 for my PCP. The deductible is not applicable for in network providers, which Nao is, and I’ve met my annual out of pocket maximum so all medical services including prescriptions have been no cost since. The manager was extremely rude, and refused to allow me to be seen by my PCP, as I couldn’t pay this $150 she pulled out of thin air. I explained that she was incorrect, that i had met my annual out of pocket maximum and that I needed this to be fixed so I could see my doctor. She refused. I wasted two hours of my time, took off those hours from work for this appointment and wasted train fare to get to this appointment on time only to be refused care and turned away because of inaccurate information. NAO MEDICAL JAMAICA IS THE WORST! I will never go to that office again if I end up staying with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
