Subject to change, but literally first appointment I made at location for 8:30, and the place is closed (posted at least 13 minutes past) Edit: Came back later at 9:30, no real addresal or apology for late open or missed appointment until I explicitly asked about it, so that part was unprofessional. Everything else was great though. Appointment was instead done as a walk in, and the process itself was methodical, professional, and the people seem competent. Doctor was always polite and tactful in advice provided. Seemed well reasoned when asking questions or providing answers.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “I had a wonderful experience at Nao Medical in Jackson Heights! From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front desk greeted me with such kindness and warmth. They were polite, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions clearly and patiently — nothing felt rushed. Everything was easy to understand from check-in all the way through my visit. It is so refreshing to find a medical office where the team truly cares about their patients. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend Nao Medical to anyone in the Jackson Heights community.❤️

DO NOT COME HERE !! Don’t waste your time and energy. Disgusting service. For a place that’s supposed to help people; NOBODY was at the front desk nor was anyone being seen. People were just there waiting to even get any type of forms to fill out to even begin to get seen. By far the worst urgent care place I have ever been too. I walked around the whole place trying to find some type of worker and only one person popped their head out as if they got bothered because after saying out loud is anyone working here and nobody responded I knocked on the staff door and only then did someone pop out and say yes we are busy… he was just sitting there very NOT busy. Meanwhile there was about 6 diff patients waiting and clearly needed help. DO NOT COME HERE. Don’t waste your time.

The care I received here was grossly incompetent. First - I came in for symptoms of a throat infection and they only wanted to test me for flu and Covid - I had to request a strep test. Second, after the in office rapid tests came back negative, the nurse practitioner who examined me completely disregarded my physical symptoms per his exam and misdiagnosed me with a viral infection. He said if the throat culture came back positive (results which take 3-5 days) then he’d prescribe antibiotics. If I hadn’t gotten an appointment with my primary care doctor in Manhattan (who did in fact immediately diagnose me correctly and treat me with the antibiotics I needed) I would have waited 3 days for the Nao results (which did come back positive for strep). That would have been 3 days of being in pain and exposing my family unnecessarily. At a minimum, if the care providers at this clinic are going to rely so heavily on labs to properly diagnose and treat patients, those results should NOT take 3-5 days.
