10 out of 10! My first experience at NakedMD was fantastic. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth, friendliness, and a fun attitude that put me at ease despite my shyness. Melanie was exceptional—her gentle, calm approach made my first lip flip in a welcoming environment. She explained each step clearly, ensured I was comfortable throughout, and provided post-procedure care advice, including a lip balm I now love. ***Severe breakdown in communication and poor aesthetic results—ignored my anatomy and goals***
I visited this clinic as a first-time Botox patient with very specific, conservative goals. My primary concerns were crows feet, forehead expression lines, and ensuring that my naturally droopy right eyelid was not worsened by the treatment. Because it was my first treatment, I explicitly stated multiple times that I wanted a highly conservative approach to see how my facial anatomy would react.
The intake process involves a structural breakdown in communication. A consultant—who is not a nurse and does not perform the injections—came into the room first to take down my history. I explained my specific needs and my right eyelid situation to her in extreme detail. However, when the actual injector (the nurse) arrived, it appeared she had not been fully briefed on those notes because I had to repeat a couple of things and re-explain my situation. This dual-consultation protocol creates a clear "game of broken telephone" effect that compromises patient care.
Because of this fractured communication, the initial outcome was highly undesirable. Instead of a conservative, natural result, the center of my brow line completely collapsed and dropped lower than my baseline. Because the outer edges of my forehead were left active, it forced my eyebrows into high, hyper-arched peaks that altered my masculine brow structure into an unnatural, feminine shape. The injector applied a generic template rather than accounting for my specific anatomy.
I was instructed to wait two weeks for the results to settle, but the appearance did not improve. I returned for a follow-up and saw a completely different nurse. This second nurse initially dismissed my concerns, stating nothing could be done and that I simply had to wait months for the product to wear off. When I expressed my strong dissatisfaction given how clear I had been about wanting a conservative dose, she consulted with a colleague. They ultimately agreed to attempt a corrective touch-up, injecting one unit on the far outer edge of each eyebrow on Friday, July 3, to force the arches to drop.
The results of that touch-up have unfortunately compounded the issue. While the high outer arches did drop, my entire eyebrow line is now heavily weighed down. The middle of my brow line continues to noticeably dip, leaving my eyebrows looking completely asymmetrical and distorted. The clean, straight brow line I walked in with has been replaced by an uneven, unbalanced shape.
This clinic failed to communicate internally, utilized an inefficient double-consultation process, failed to honor a first-time patient's request for a conservative dose, and ultimately delivered a highly asymmetrical result. I am incredibly uncomfortable with the physical outcome, I will not be returning, and I caution others looking for precise, anatomically sound treatments.

I recently got lip filler for the first time and I had such a great experience with Lauren being my artist injector. She took such good care of me, listened to exactly what I wanted and made me feel very comfortable. She understood exactly what I was looking for and kept my lips very natural looking. My nurse, Hailey, was absolutely the best. She performed my microneedling treatment and took the time to explain every step of the process as she was doing it. She made me feel completely at ease, reassured me throughout the entire appointment, and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable. She let me know that if I felt any pain or discomfort at any point, we could stop, which made me feel very cared for.
On top of being incredibly professional, she was so easy to talk to—we had the best girl talk during the treatment! The entire experience was positive, relaxing, and enjoyable.
I truly had a great experience from beginning to end, and I can’t wait to come back for my second session. Highly recommend!

I've been a NakedMD member since 2024 and I have never had a subpar experience here. They consistently provide high quality service, predictable results, and transparent & affordable pricing. Normally I go for neurotoxins, occasionally biostimulator injections, and I've also done a few sessions of microneedling with PRP. I love that booking and even prepaying for services can be easily done through their app. They offer multiple different ways to pay and split payments for larger purchases. The atmosphere is chic & relaxing, all the girls are very pleasant! 10/10 I will keep coming back!!
