If you care about your health or wellbeing DONT come to this clinic!!!! I repeat DONT come to this place! The doctors here don’t care about your wellbeing they just want to give you medicine and that’s all. My 9 month old baby was really sick so I brought her in and the doctor said oh she’s fine just give her Tylenol and she’ll be fine but nope the next day i took her to the Emergency Room she was really really sick!!! We stayed in the hospital almost a whole week!! Please don’t come so this place!! Especially if you have little ones.
Had an appointment at 1:45 pm that was scheduled two months prior, showed up 2 minutes late due to traffic, another 2 minutes to wait for elevator to get to correct floor, and one minute to complete the questionnaire via phone link. It was only 5 minutes AND I spoke to the desk and she even said it’s okay finish by 2PM! I finished before 2pm and waited. 2:30 pm goes by and I hear the girls talking behind the desk whispering that I was extremely late and their system didn’t register properly and due to those reasons that they were gonna have me wait longer. Then one comes out from the desk to me and says “because we are behind and you were EXTREMELY late to showing up we need to reschedule you.” I did repeat that I was only 5 minutes late and that I had already waited. There were only 7 people in the giant waiting room. Terrible customer service. Lied to my face and then tried to play it off. I will never recommend anyone to go here. Life happens, traffic gets tricky, a baby at home needs one last comfort, a flat tire appears, someone blocks you in, etc. I am truly saddened and still in pain but I’ll go find somewhere else that will show more honesty and care to patients.
Me and my son has been coming to Mountain Park for years and I love the place. The doctors are incredibly knowledgeable and actually take the time to listen to my concerns, which has really helped me improve my overall health. The staff is friendly, and I always feel comfortable in their care. Highly recommended!"
Doctor Nancy Shaver is wonderful. She is patient and gentle and explained and ruled out all the root causes of his cough and cold one by ine and diagnosed the croup cough perfectly and his symptoms are immediately gone with one dose of medicine she provided.
I had came in for an appointment for my son at 840. While everyone came in after us, they were called before us till we were the last ones in the waiting area. The person who came in maybe like 40 seconds before I did, was already leaving while we were finally called. We left the clinic like around 10 while my son’s appointment was at 840- like why book us if we’re getting called in very late. That’s so unacceptable & not fair for myself, my children or anyone else who deals with this. I get you guys get behind sometimes but do better especially when you expect everyone to come in 15 minutes before the scheduled time but call us later than when we expect to get seen at the time you give us. This is not the first time this had happened either. Please do better with that
The incompetence from the entire staff is astounding! From the doctors who don’t care to listen to concerns about your own body, doctors who DO NOT read your chart and prescribe you medication you’re allergic to, down to the call center staff who are rude and unhelpful! I tried giving them the benefit of doubt by just switching doctors, but NOPE! The doctors don’t even communicate with one another in this place! God forbid you leave multiple messages for them to respond, they’ll act like you’re pestering them! Horrible communication! This is a place you can go to if you want to get worse not better! Definitely a place to get a quick doctor note from and keep it pushing! I wouldn’t recommend coming to this clinic with real health concerns you’d like to get seen for! Oh but let you have a $2 balance and they’ll be calling you multiple times a day until they get that payment.
Its a NO. My adult son has a health condition. (seizures) They do not listen here. From the "He will be seen every 4 to 5 years" (as his PCP?!!!) to the trying to Rx him medication that exacerbates the side effects of his current medications. She was to send a referral to the Neurologist but only has the basic information on his seizures. You're his PCP! If you are to cover his overall health, wouldn't you want to know his background for his records and ask detailed questions? Times have definitely changed.
BE AN ADVOCATE FOR YOUR HEALTH PEOPLE.
The facility is clean. No one has an attitude problem here. Labs are on-site.
Excellent and professional care for my daughter here. Canned for a vax and my daughter didn’t hardly feel it at all. All staff was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Front and back office were great👍🏻
