I had a truly excellent experience at this urgent care. I was able to check in online, and upon arrival, I was called in promptly with no unnecessary waiting. The entire staff was professional, kind, and compassionate.
Betty, the Nurse Practitioner who treated me was exceptional. I shared that I have a fear of needles, and she was incredibly understanding and reassuring. She administered the injection so gently and carefully that I barely felt it. Her calm demeanor and genuine care made all the difference.
Today, I’m already feeling significantly better. I’m very grateful for the level of care and professionalism I received and would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone in need of prompt and compassionate treatment.
My son and I had a wonderful experience at this urgent care. Doctor Betty was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. She took the time to carefully listen to our concerns, thoroughly evaluate my son, and explain everything in a clear and reassuring way.
Her compassion and dedication truly made a difference during a stressful moment as a parent. We felt that my son was in very good hands. I am very grateful for the excellent care she provided. The nurses were professionals as well.

I came to this Urgent Care on 11/7/25 for an abscess that I got really painful. I must say that visiting this location was a truly great experience. At the check-in spot, there was Launa, a lady who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and respectful so lovy. Even though I arrived almost at closing time, she helped me out so much and treated me like she knew me. She made everything so much easier. Then the doctor that took care of me Betty damnnn she is just amazing, she is very gentle, she makes sure you are okay with everything she’s doing, so friendly, she made me feel like we knew each other just like Launa. I feel so comfortable with her, I told her that I was afraid of needles and she used the smallest one so I wouldn’t be afraid of it, she was so gentle with the treatment she was putting on me and I didn't even feel her hand.. SHE IS THAT GENTLE.
Mind you, I hate hospitals, clinics, and everything related to them, but after my visit to her, I would love to go there again just to see them.

My recent visit to Modern MD Urgent Care provided a highly positive experience. The staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and hospitality upon my arrival. Furthermore, the facility was maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization, and the waiting period was minimal. #UrgentCare
Worst medical office experience I've ever had. Arrived at 9:00 AM for a scheduled appointment and it's now almost 11:00 AM with no doctors in sight. Three patients were called back hours ago and are still sitting there waiting, which says everything about how this place is run. It's obvious that appointments mean absolutely nothing here, as there is no functioning appointment system being honored.
The waiting room is overcrowded, chaotic, and continuously filling up, yet there is absolutely no movement or urgency from staff. No explanations, no updates, and no concern for patients who have been sitting here for hours.
This office has zero respect for anyone's time and operates in complete disorganization. If you value your time or basic professionalism, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent visit to your urgent care facility.
During my visit, I noticed that there was no one available at the front desk at all times. The place was empty, so I don’t understand the delay in being greeted or assisted. In contrast, I have been to several other urgent care centers where I was greeted immediately upon entry and promptly taken care of. This immediate attention not only made the process smoother but also significantly improved the overall experience.
Unfortunately, my experience at your facility did not meet these expectations. The lack of front desk presence led to unnecessary delays and a feeling of being overlooked, which was disappointing compared to the efficient service I have received elsewhere.
I strongly recommend ensuring that there is always someone at the front desk to greet and assist patients as they arrive. This simple adjustment could greatly enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Had a great experience! From front desk to being seen by the provider, everything was very efficient. The MA, Amarie and Provider, Krishna, were very kind and helpful.
This was my first time.goimg to this Modern Md Woodhaven location and it was amazing. It was recommended to me by a family member who had nothing but great things to say and i totally agree with her. From check in the receptionist was understanding and very helpful to everyone. The nurse who tiraged me was patient and kind and the doctor was the best. She was very upbeat, patient and really listened to me. She made great suggestions and recommendations that helped me. I left feeling so much better. I would definitely recommend you go here if you need medical help.
