I had a tiny shard of glass stuck deep into my foot. Dr. Jolie Lenox saw me 10 minutes before closing and did a FLAWLESS EXPERT job of numbing the area and getting it out in less than 15 minutes. Top tier hospitality also! Bravo. Thank you so much!!!

From the front desk to the doctor, the entire team was very attentive and caring. The front desk staff was kind and helpful, and the doctor took the time to ask detailed questions about my leg injury, carefully cleaned the wound, applied the dressing, and clearly explained everything. A professional and compassionate team. Thank you all, great job.

I've been here several times before. The guy who sits at reception always looks like he hates being here and is not very pleasant. There's a change in process whereby you must follow QR code then enter information and then you have to schedule an appointment. They have the QR code posted all over, but only 1 place with instructions, which is covered by chairs and sitting patients. When I needed assistance the guy at reception loudly sighed, then came out to stand next to me and without looki g or asking me the issue, he said "you have to scan the QR code ma'am. Then follow the instructions ma'am." The issue was simple, for a walk in you have to register for and schedule an appointment. Staff needs training on customer service.

Honestly, by far of one the BEST urgent care experiences I’ve had. Mychelle the receptionist was very comforting and understanding and made me feel at ease about by my injury and the care that would be provided. Dr. Salem was calming, professional, and thorough and gave amazing care, and the assistant Linda was great as well. Will definitely go back if I have any other ailment or injury. Great experience all around. It couldn’t have gone any easier. Great job!!

The wait was ridiculous just for a pregnancy test. No one was at the front and when she was there she ran insurances for about a damn hour. I really think she was purposely having me wait. I still haven’t been seen Rep name is Michelle

Good experience overall. I was seen promptly. Stuff was very courteous, from front desk to nurse to attending Dr. Place was clean and comfortable. They also followed up with phone calls to go over the results. Recommend. ❤️🩹

I will always recommend this location to others. I was able to book an appointment online and was in and out within 10 minutes. Everyone, from the receptionist to the provider, was very professional and helpful.

Best urgent care I have been to, this time was a big emergency and I didn't want to go to the emergency room, with 1 phone call I was able to go here to get my son treated Staff where very professional place clean doctor did his thing my son was relaxed and I was able to support him. Thank you all
