every time I come here, the service is amazing and the staff is great. There’s never a long wait.
The last few times I’ve visited, Christina has been my nurse, and she’s extremely pleasant. The fact that she remembers me really shows how passionate she is about her job and the many patients she sees daily.
I’m someone who’s fairly afraid of needles, but she makes me feel completely comfortable during blood draws just through her personality, compassion, and demeanor.
Thank you, Christina! I hope a raise or promotion is in the near future! You absolutely deserve!
Overall it was cool. I wonder how comfortable the doctor was in speaking about genitals and sex, which made me chuckle how he told me where to swab lol. After I was given the instructions for peeing in the cup, I did it and when I came back, I felt he was knowledgeable about my concerns. The nurse seemed more comfortable answering the questions I led with, but let me know the doctor would answer the questions I had about risks. But the only room for improvement would just be comfort discussing sex in the context of being able to identify possible risk factors that if missed, could possibly lead to transmission of and re-infection of STIs.
Thank goodness for ModernMD. They are so kind, professional, and attentive. You will be seen quickly and get excellent care. They ask good questions and spend time with you.

The nurse I saw, Annette, was the sweetest and somehow we ended up singing Beyonce together despite my sore throat and very swollen lymph nodes. She genuinely brightened a rough day.
I came in and was welcomed so warmly! I'm having an eczema flare and the receptionist was so empathetic. I'm 33 so I have a rough idea on what I need to treat my flares so before even filling out the paper work the receptionist was able to confirm that they would provide the shot/services I needed. It was a nice experience and I would recommend this spot for urgent medical needs. Also, it's $75 cheaper than the spot down the street.
If you have to go to an Urgent Care, go here! Such a kind and competent team. Wait times are minimal, the office is very clean, and everyone is very respectful and helpful. I always feel very safe and taken care of here.
The entire staff was great! The doctor listened to my concerns and I felt valued. The nursing and front desk staff were all very kind and professional. Plus, I was in and out in 30 minutes, even though I made the appointment less than an hour before. The membership plan is affordable and I feel better knowing that I can get great care, inexpensively, despite not having traditional health insurance.
Had earache, which turned out to be ear infection. Both the doctor and medical assistant put the otoscope into my infected ear, said it was full of pus, and then without changing the tip, put it into my good ear. Now my good ear is infected and I have a low grade fever! Entirely preventable. This clinic isn’t safe.
