Dr Lim and Michael Meeker are great! They did my back surgery I had a fusion of L3,L4,L5. They are kind compassionate and listen to your concerns and offer treatment that can really help. I am just about 3 months post surgery and doing very well. I do not have the nerve pain I was having before surgery! I am just healing from the surgery now getting stronger every day! If you are having some back problems these gentleman can help you!

Great Doctors incredible care, but good luck getting an appointment. I have found 6 different phone numbers all take you to the same " we are having high call volume" message. Last injury took over a month to get to a person, no one ever called back. Hoping this time i can get in sooner than that.

I have always had a good experience with this facility. Dr Leonard is the best!! He takes the time to listen and explain everything. He is always very pleasant!! The physical therapy dept is also the best. I wouldn’t choose another facility or doctor. Thank you Dr Leonard for being such a great surgeon and a great person!

This is the WORST office I have ever been to in my entire life. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. Physical therapy is a joke, my husband had multiple back surgeries, still suffering. He went to MOC physical therapy for 6 months with zero improvement and have the nerve to charge thousands for nothing. Tried calling the office, billing department anyone who I can speak to, they refuse to help. And don’t expect medical documents in a timely manor, they send you through a company called Healthmark and I think this business is ran out of someone’s basement. The whole place is horrible.

Beware you will be charged a “no show fee” that won’t be reconsidered if you do not show up 30 minutes BEFORE your scheduled appointment time!!! This is crazy to me! I was on time and was not offered any paperwork prior to the appointment that is scheduled in person. I had to travel an hour to be turned away then charged $50. What a business… so disappointed

I had a horrible experience here. I have been several times. The Physical Therapy side is the only positive. The doctors office side is another story. Jackie Pappas in particular was very rude, and I have heard from several current and former employees that she is a nightmare to work with and has even harassed a co-worker who was quietly minding their own business. If you want to be seen on time and treated like a person rather than just an account to bill, look to avoid Jackie and MOC!

Arrived at 9am for a 920 appointment. When I asked at 9:45, I was told at the NP was running behind. At 10am I left and let the receptionist that I was leaving and would not be rescheduling. I am a nurse and work in a hospital. I had to get to work. I understand physicians get behind but if your more that 1 patient appointment behind then the staff should be telling the patients when they check in. I would have rescheduled. No excuse for this much incompetence.

Horrible experience from top to bottom. I have two herniated disks in my lower back. Dr Lim had a very dismissive bedside manner , finally looked at my MRI after 2 appointments and said it looked awful but gave me basically no solutions besides praying. The receptionists are extremely rude and unresponsive. It took me over a week (I called every day and sat on hold for at least 20 min each time) JUST to schedule an injection. I wasn’t able to schedule while in person because the scheduler had already left the office at 2:15. The nurses seem very disorganized and on a rush to leave. The whole experience was so awful please please do not go there. I wish I had read these reviews first.
