Horrible experience. Showed up on time and it took 90 minutes to finally be seen by the doctor. The physician was very nice and lovely, but this place has basically refused to send my prescription to the correct pharmacy. I have been asking them and calling them for 3 weeks to send it to the correct one and they say they’re going to and just don’t do it. Do not waste your time.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Alex from customer service and Dr. Crystal. Alex was incredibly patient, professional, and attentive, making sure all of my questions were answered and that I felt supported every step of the way. Dr. Crystal was just as amazing—knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I received. Together, they made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their help and outstanding service.

MSR sent results on 6/28. I called on 7/9 and was told the doctor may not have reviewed it that's why no one contacted me with the results. I asked what if the results were bad?

I really wanted to give this location a fair chance, but the experience was far from comforting. As soon as I walked in, the atmosphere felt chaotic — phones ringing, patients confused, and almost no guidance from the front desk. It’s the kind of stress you don’t want to feel in a medical setting. Even after checking in early, I waited much longer than expected with zero updates. When I finally met the doctor, the visit felt rushed and I left with more questions than answers. How can a patient feel confident when the explanations are unclear? There’s potential here, but the disorganization overshadows everything. I hope they improve, but I wouldn’t return unless major changes are made.

I love this office so much! They answer the phone very promptly and always call back when they miss your call. I especially enjoyed Alex’s customer service, he is very kind and patient!

Great service for a last minute booking on the day. Pleasant doctor who was caring and helpful and the follow up with the online service was good too when the pharmacy couldn’t locate the prescription - which was their slow system - not the doctor who filed it straight away.
