If you choose to come here, then be prepared for the horrible wait time. You can literally read an entire book or crochet a sweater with how long you have to wait.They have no respect for the appointment times. You could have an 11am appointment and you won't be seen until 1pm. Theirr excuse will always be,"There was an emergency'. Yet, not a single soul acts like anything is urgent there. I question how they can afford to hire so many receptionist when they literally do nothing, other than a whole lot of 'haha' and 'hehe' and breaks to dunkin. I mean, get me a dunkin too if you are going to make me wait. If you are looking for a job, apply here.
I personally haven't been here since the doctor I had mixed up patient information and got mad at me for not telling him. Umm what?? 🙃 I thought you were the one with the medical degree.🤔
The rest of the family still goes here because like I said earlier, most of their doctors are kind and compassionate (unlike the one I got). My sister went today. Her wait time was nearly 3 hours to get a prescription. Mind you, she already saw the doctor and the prescription was established, but she had to take another appointment to actually get it and to fit her contact lenses. She has been wearing contacts for nearly 8 years, why does she need to learn now?? Lol that's not even the biggest joke. They switched her contacts. So they made her wear the left in the right and the right in the left.😭 And more wait time!! You get the picture right??
The staff is very patient. I called several times before my mom's appointment to ask questions and they answered all my questions. I was able to fill out my Mom's new patient intake paperwork before the scheduled appointment. The staff was very attentive to my 84 yo Mom, her appointment went well without any issues.
Staff is very patient and I felt well taken care of. The Doctor takes their time to explain to you anything you might not undertand into futher detail. Highly recommend this place.
Ridiculous wait time which is blamed on the doctor being slow. If the Dr. is slow schedule his appointments accordingly! This should have been mentioned to me so I could plan my day accordingly or choose a different Dr. There is no reason I should be waiting 2+ hours with a room of people who seem to have the same appointment time as me.
Do not have patients waiting 2 + hours! It is a major inconvenience to everyone’s time and incredibly frustrating!!
My family and I will not be back.

The doctor is very genuine ,staff welcome you with smile every one there work with a smile one there face that's the type of environment when u step in make u feel ur getting better 😀
This is testimony to let the world know that Dr Stefania Paniccia my eye Dr from Malik Eye care Hollis NY went above and beyond to care for my eyes . Dr Stefani Paniccia along with her team were very polite and helpful to make me feel comfortable.
Malik Eye care Holis NY Is the place to go if you’re looking for good eye care in the region .

I been coming in here for about 5+ years
Every visit I co pay $30, I came today they took $30 then told me I have $84 past due
I asked what is it for she said for last 3 visits,
I asked can you tell me the date she only find 2 visits, no valid reason for the past due bill
By the way they have all my information correct,before every visit they call, text and email me to get me here, but couldn’t send me the past due bills from 6 months ago
That was the first time Bringing my MOM there,and the Staff was Excellent! We were seen in a timely manner, and She felt Very Comfortable. I Definitely will recommend you guys to All my famil& friends!!!
