I honestly love this place. My kids have been seen here for a few years now. Their customer service is excellent. All the staff here has been amazing and wonderful to my kids. The appointment reminders are perfect for my hectic life, absolute life savers. The dentist is great and extremely patience. She is efficient in her movements for my squirming children. We as a family are very happy here.

UPDATE: The response I received on my review, full of lies and excuses for the negligence we experienced, only confirms everything I wrote in my original review. To whoever wrote that response: I am a dental assistant and I also run a front desk. It takes only a second to show a dentist a photo, even while they are in the treatment room, and it would not disrupt patient care in any way. Dentists can usually tell at a glance from a photo whether a patient can be treated by them. You have multiple dentists in your clinic, and there was more than enough opportunity for someone to review my son’s case. People truly need to avoid your office with their kids, this is the worst medical experience we ever had as a family. My son fell off his skateboard and hit the pavement with his front teeth. Both of his front teeth were loose and wiggling, so he needed immediate examination. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She instructed me to send pictures of my son’s teeth to their email so the dentist could review them before scheduling an appointment. I waited for an hour and nobody contacted me. When I called back, the receptionist said the dentist was still in the treatment room with a patient and had no time to look at the photos. I asked what time I should call back or when the dentist would be available, and she again said that she didn’t have that information because it depends on what the dentist is doing in the treatment room. I then asked if I could at least schedule an appointment for another day so my son could be seen, and she refused. She didn’t even tell me their availability. I waited another hour. By 12 PM, I still had no appointment and no update on whether my son would be seen, and it was becoming too late to find care elsewhere. I called again, and the receptionist repeated that the doctor was still in the treatment room and had not looked at the photos. At that point, I confronted her. I told her that I have Medical Office experience, and that their office does not perform oral surgery or extremely invasive treatments, and that it did not make sense for the dentist to be in a treatment room with one patient for two hours. I explained that she has access to the schedule, knows when appointments end and begin, and should be able to provide accurate information. I asked her to stop misleading me because my son needed immediate care. She then told me to go look for another dentist and ended the conversation. I informed her that I would be writing a review about my experience. Only then did the manager call me three times offering a resolution. The staff in this office are rude, unprofessional, and completely dismissive during a situation where my son needed urgent care. There was no concern for my son’s pain, and half of my day was wasted. Do not bother with this place because they don’t care about their patients, and should not work with children. You need a certain level of integrity and empathy to work in pediatrics, and the staff lacks both.

I had a very disappointing experience at this pediatric dental practice. I understand they have a 10-minute grace period, but I called ahead of time to let the office know I would be arriving late due to traffic and the fact that I was coming all the way from Long Island. I arrived 15 minutes late, and parking was extremely difficult since they do not offer private parking. I came with my daughter and was surprised and frustrated when they refused to see her, even though the waiting room was completely empty. There also seemed to be a lack of communication at the front desk—an assistant came out to call my daughter in, only to be stopped by the manager and told no. The interaction felt very rude and unprofessional, especially given the circumstances. Thankfully, I was able to contact another pediatric dentist and had my daughter seen the same day, which made the situation even more disappointing in hindsight. We will not be returning to this office.

Excellent service, the office is extremely clean, the staff is among the best dental professionals, and the environment is very friendly. I would recommend this dental Office with my eyes closed. A colorful and comfortable examination room, perfect for our little ones. Even though I have teenagers they feel really happy after the service they received.

Great dentist. The front desk staff was pleasant until it came time for paperwork. My son is on the spectrum and this affords him 2 extra visits through his insurance. They refused to do the paperwork. I had to go elsewhere. Even the Health Insurance Rep was disgusted. If that's your situation, this isn't the place for you. Otherwise, great service.

I called the office and was directed to send an email for all request. I followed with an email requesting an emergency visit for my son who’s on the spectrum, I explained detailed why I’m requesting an emergency visit and my doctor left a message as well. The person responding to the email respond with information from a previous visit. I request multiple times for a call back. No reply. I took my son to the doctors because the staff responding to emails was not helpful at all..

We highly recommend this dental office. The entire team is professional, kind, and very welcoming. My children feel at ease during their visits and always come willingly. We’re very grateful for the excellent care they receive.
