The P.A was attentive and knowledgeable. I appreciate the care and concern. The clinic is always clean and the nurses are nice. This is not the norm but should be stated, I checked in 15 minutes early and to have to fill out forms that could have been sent prior. Was forgotten and left waiting. So basically a 5 minute visit took nearly an hour.

It ridiculous how I came here for my daughter to get checked out by a specialist for her throat more thoroughly than a regular doctor. That’s why I was sent here. For them to only check with a flash light through the outside like her primary did and say she looks fine. SHE DOESNT FEEL FINE. Guess why we are coming here! So we can figure out why she feels like there’s something stuck in her throat. Why she has difficulty swallowing certain foods! The whole process to have to go through her primary to get a referral then get approval then wait for appointment with ENT, for the damn appointment to only take less than 10 mins is DISAPPOINTING FRUSTRATING AND ANNOYING!! I show pictures I had to ask to go back because I am not satisfied with the response or answer. She is not fine and I was hoping they would go more deeper to check. DOWS NOBODY READ NOTES OR CHARTS ANYMORE? We are constantly asked why we are there and having to repeat, why? Read the chart! So now we’re getting X-rays but they’re saying it could be her tonsils. No doctor has ever said her tonsils look swollen and I am not removing them. At this point I feel like they’re just trying to tell me anything.

Karen and Nora were amazing! Karen especially has the nicest most eccentric personality. Karen's treatment of me really relaxed my anxiety about seeing the doctor and I will continue to visit the Los Angeles ENT because of her!

Truly, this is the best place I've ever known among all the various specialized clinics, in terms of cleanliness, organization, and excellent service from the receptionists. As for the doctor, she surpasses all the doctors I've known; I truly haven't encountered anyone like her. May God bless your place, and thank you to everyone. It's a wonderful center.

Pleasant staff, didn't have to wait too long. I felt that my concerns were addressed and a plan to find out more and resolve issues is being put in place. Overall a great experience.. If there was a downfall it would be that there was a bit of paper work to fill out but it was my first visit so that was kind of expected. Would recommend!!!

Waiting room was packed with people which made us nervous but they were very efficient in getting everyone seen in a timely matter. The office staff was friendly and so were the nurses. Dr Farnoosh was great! Very helpful and easy to talk to.

I needed to switch ENT’s due to insurance, and was hesitant to see this group, but ended up very pleased! Jason Kim, PA-C was very thorough, listened, discussed everything, and made recommendations for necessary tests. I felt comfortable, no pain nor concerns during a minor procedure. Happy to have found this group close to Manhattan Beach!

We had a wonderful experience at this doctor’s office. My daughter’s surgery went smoothly, thanks to the outstanding care from Dr. Trenkle and the amazing team of nurses. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. We truly appreciate the entire team!
