This office used to have very long wait times, but they split it into 2 offices so the wait is a little better now. They are also good at working with your insurance. 1 star off also because it is hard to actually reach the office by phone because of the automation.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Ziai and the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. The staff made me feel comfortable and at ease, answering all of my questions with patience and making sure I understood everything throughout the process. Dr. Ziai was exceptional—very knowledgeable, attentive, and compassionate. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel confident in my care. It’s not always easy to find a doctor who combines expertise with such a warm and reassuring approach, but Dr. Ziai truly does. I’m so grateful for the level of care I received. The entire team went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend Dr. Ziai and his staff to anyone looking for excellent medical care.

Another great experience. It was quick but effective. Just a simple check up on my ear and a little removal of some ear debris. PA/doctor was incredibly friendly and informative about what was going on with my ear and let me know my ears are in great shape. All staff were helpful and friendly as always. Clean office and really nice location.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Priscilla Nikoghossian during my mom’s recent ENT appointment. She was incredibly kind, patient, funny, sweet, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped ease our worries. The entire staff was friendly and the visit was smooth and well-organized. The office rooms are so relaxing overlooking the streets of Glendale. Most importantly, my mom felt comfortable and genuinely cared for throughout the appointment. We truly appreciate the level of care and compassion Dr. Nikoghossian showed. I even recommended them to my sister immediately which I knew that she made an appt for my nephew immediately after we left the office. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent ENT specialist!

Today was my first day there to have my ears tested and so far everyone was friendly and helpful Now I’ll have to wait and see for my reports. 1. Sent results to Dr. Silao. And my next visit back to the Pasadena office to get my results. The Office Staff there was very helpful and friendly. Too… So now is a waiting time till the 19 th. To see how my results will be presented and copy sent to the Dr’s office and see if I could get a copy… so till the 19 th.

Such amazing customer service at the front desk today. It is a holiday , raining and the office was packed! The two gentlemen at the front desk exhibited grace under pressure. They made sure all of the clients were being helped. Dr. Priscilla really heard me and took her time with me to explain my specific health issues. Dr. Priscilla then made some very helpful recommendations regarding my health situation. I am totally pleased and satisfied with her treatment plan for me. She is amazing and I feel very comfortable with Dr. Priscilla and her team.😊

I can say that my visit was good. I went for an allergy test so I was recommended from my other doctor. I showed up a few minutes late because parking was horrendous. I checked in, then went to the restroom, came back and they were ready for me right away Went into one of the rooms and the medical assistant was very clear and let me know what was going down. Administered the test very carefully and let me know when I would experience cold versus sharp, etc., so that I was not surprised. I’m not from this area, but I believe this is a heavy Armenian area, it looked to me like they were bilingual. Overall good experience.

This office is great! Upon entering the office I felt a warm welcoming. During my appointment I knew I had made an excellent choice by coming here! Dr. Thakkar is truly an excellent & caring professional! He explained all my options & listened to my every need.
