I had a great experience with my Lasik procedure. My husband got his procedure 4 years ago at this place as well and he talked me through his experience so I could anticipate what to expect. The actual Lasik procedure was very quick and painless and they talk you through it so you are assured everything is going as planned. Everyone's healing experience will be different and mine compared to my husband's was not as bad. The dryness i experienced was very tolerable. They provide you with the things you need to care for your eyes after the procedure and follow up with you to see if you have any questions or concerns. If you plan on getting Lasik done, I highly recommend this place!
Excellent experience from start to finish. The first visit, a telehealth, was very informative. Seemed almost too good to be true. I checked out reviews of the location and the doctor, and they were all just as great as the person on the telehealth said they were. All of my concerns were addressed. There was no confusion. I elected to do the measurement/testing visit on the same day as the procedure, and I'm glad I did. I might've been lucky, but I was only in the building for 2 hours, then I was done and could go home. They provide a detailed instruction sheet and give you the drops you need there, no going to the pharmacy afterwards. My follow up was seamless. The several staff members I interacted with were all kind and knowledgeable. I just had my post op visit and could see 20/15, amazing. It's also reassuring they offer lifetime touch ups if you were to need one. I would definitely recommend this location and Dr. Conti and Lin and her team at Paramus!
I’m on day 2 after my LASIK procedure and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The entire staff was amazing—everyone was friendly, kind, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The assistants were especially sweet and attentive, which really helped ease any nerves. The doctor was great to work with as well—very professional, explained everything clearly, and the procedure itself was quick and smooth. If you’ve been having second thoughts about LASIK, I highly recommend this location. They’re trustworthy, efficient, and genuinely care about their patients.
I had such a great experience at LASIK Plus in Paramus. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process feel easy, quick and stress-free. Jenny was great and supportive and Dr. Conti was an excellent surgeon. She explained everything clearly, and they all made sure all my questions were answered and made me feel really comfortable throughout the entire procedure.
The procedure itself was like 10 minutes and was painless. I’ve always been told how quick it is, but you don’t realize it until you’re actually in the chair. My recovery is going smooth, and I noticed a difference in my vision especially on the car ride home.
It’s honestly amazing to wake up and be able to see clearly without reaching for glasses or contacts. I have to remind myself that I don’t have contacts in. I only wish I had done it sooner. Definitely a 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend LASIK Plus.
I recommend this location for your Lasik surgery. My experience was excellent, the staff and surgeon Dr. Aleksandrovich were very compassionate and comforting. I was so nervous but they made me feel at ease and the surgery was quick. I literally saw an improvement in my vision right after surgery. I am very pleased with the outcome and definitely recommend this procedure to anyone wanting to do without contacts/glasses. Definitely a life changing experience.
Efficient! I went in to see if I would be a candidate and left with 20/20 vision! They told me wit to expect and they were very accurate. Jenny and team were great throughout and I loved Dr. Conti She was honest and experienced. My nerves were instantly calmed. Highly recommended!!!
I had my lasik done at the end of April and it’s been one of the best decisions I've done! I can’t thank the team enough for all the support they’ve given me (pre and post lasik). The procedure itself was fast and painless. And post lasik procedure - the team was readily available to answer any questions/ concerns I had. Since my procedure, I’ve been highly recommending LasikPlus in Paramus.
The staff at Lasikplus are awesome ! From the consultation to the follow up appointment. All of my questions were answered & I was put at ease. The procedure was quick & painless.
