I was referred to this office by my primary eye doctor after it was discovered that cataracts were causing my vision to worsen. I met with Dr. Yu in February, and from the very first appointment, I knew I was in good hands. He thoroughly explained what was happening with my eyes and walked me through the next steps with patience and professionalism.
Although I was nervous about having eye surgery, the outcome has been incredible. After wearing distance glasses for over 15 years, I no longer need them! Dr. Yu truly gave me my vision and quality of life back.
I would also like to commend the entire staff. Everyone is professional, accommodating, and efficient. Unlike many other medical offices, appointments are handled promptly and you are not left waiting for hours. I highly recommend Dr. Yu and his team to anyone in need of eye care.
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Campbell. His attentiveness to my concerns was greatly appreciated. His clear and detailed explanations provided significant comfort. I had a great experience at The Eye Doctor. The location is very convenient, and the entire staff was welcoming, polite, and professional from start to finish. The doctor was knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and made the visit feel comfortable and thorough. Overall, the service was efficient and well-organized. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care.
Booking my appointment online was incredibly intuitive, and the front desk team was both welcoming and responsive. Fortunately, the wait time was minimal, and all of my tests were completed efficiently. Dr. Campbell was good—he has a great demeanor and took the time to explain everything in clear, accessible terms.
I started taking my Dad for his checkups there and I love this office. Clean, not crowded , very professional, detailed examination which includes a variety of testing/ exams. They also have an Optometrist (Dr Campbell) he’s is awesome. Everyone is great. Now I will start going there as a patient.
I saw Dr. Shin and was very happy with the thorough examination, explanation, compassion and time spent with me as a new patient. The office is very clean and the front staff are very warm and friendly. All of the techs that completed the diagnostic eye tests were extremely friendly and kind. Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this practice.
I was told I needed cataract surgery and sought consultation with Dr. Kang after recommendation from my cousin who had previously had surgery with Dr. Kang. My initial appointment was very pleasant. The initial interview and subsequent testing was handled seamlessly by a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Of course, I was impressed with Dr. Kang and his easy going manner and informative options. I’m looking forward to my surgeries and know that I will be in very capable hands.
Excellent staff, very clean facilities. Easy parking. Dr Kung is a great surgeon who communicates and explains all issues and options. He never rushes you out, listens and takes questions very well. The other doctors within his practice are also great.
