My whole experience at Kremer (KOP) was amazing from the very first appointment through my post-op care. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process.
Erika Strickland was absolutely wonderful. She was amazing helping me schedule my surgery and also went above and beyond to help me arrange a post-op appointment with a doctor closer to where I live, which made everything so much easier and less stressful. She was always so kind whenever I reached out with questions before the surgery and always answered everything promptly, which really helped calm my nerves and made me feel cared for throughout the entire process.
My surgeon and the entire surgical team were amazing at helping me stay calm and comfortable during the procedure. The surgery itself took less than 20 minutes, and the entire team made me feel reassured the whole time.
Just 6 hours after surgery, I could already notice a huge difference in my vision. I am now 3 weeks post-op, and my healing has been great. I have had no issues with light sensitivity, dryness, or any other complications.
I am so happy and grateful for all the care and support I received at Kremer. LASIK was truly one of the best things I could have done for myself, and it has given me such a better quality of life. I highly recommend them to anyone considering the procedure.
Doctors were great. I had a Cataract Evaluation and it was determined that I do have some minor cataracts. They explained my options and did not force anything on me. We ended up making an appointment for next year to get re-evaluated since we determined I do no really need cataract surgery at this moment. It was a good overall patient experience.
Despite my initial impression that the office felt a bit like an assembly line—moving from one stage to another—I have to say that most of the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. My only disappointment was that no one explained the overall process in advance. At such a highly reputable practice, I expected someone to take just a couple of extra minutes to walk me through what to expect, which would have made the experience feel much more personal and less overwhelming.
That said, everything changed once I met the doctor. His attentiveness, willingness to listen to my concerns, and the time he took to answer all of my questions reassured me that I was in the right place. His care and professionalism made the wait and my initial hesitations completely worthwhile.
My treatment is scheduled for a few months from now, and I’m genuinely excited and looking forward to this new chapter of my life.
I met with Dr. Michael Aronofsky today for a consultation regarding refractive eye surgery, and I had a really excellent experience.
From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. My appointment was at 1:15, and I was seen exactly on time — which I truly appreciate. I first met with his assistant, who spent about an hour with me doing thorough testing to determine if I was a candidate. She was knowledgeable, patient, and very kind.
After that, I met with Dr. Aronofsky, who was equally professional and informative. I felt that the entire team was honest, efficient, and genuinely focused on what was best for me.
While I haven’t had surgery (and therefore can’t speak to outcomes), I would absolutely recommend this practice based on my consultation experience alone.
Everyone in the office is very nice. From the front desk to the doctor and all in-between including the patient coordinator. This office is efficient and knowledgeable. They make you feel extremely comfortable and you do not leave feeling at a loss or unsure. Mu husband and I left feeling comfortable and fully informed of all procedures and at home care. I would recommend this office to anyone who is in search of an eye consultant and needs services beyond the regular eye doctor.
I have worn glasses since I was 6 years old and was a -4.75 / - 5 with astigmatism. The LASIK procedure is truly life changing. I was very nervous going into the procedure but Dr. Aronsky made me feel at ease and walked me through the procedure before and real time. I am 4 days post-op and very happy with my results.
What a wonderful experience from start to finish. My appointment in King of Prussia was filled with wonderful people who assessed my eyes. My doctor was amazing. Then the nurses at the surgery center were lovely - explaining things every step of the way. The anesthesia was perfect. I don't remember the surgery - but I left feeing great. And the next day - I could SEE!!!
The entire staff that I encounter each visit at Kremer Eye Center in King of Prussia are exceptional. They are kind, warm and friendly. They strive to make you comfortable at your appointment. Dr. Vora has been exceptionally beneficial in the treatment of my glaucoma. She is quick to analyze, give feedback and take action. She genuinely cares about her patients. I travel 2.5 hours for her expertise.
