Very good anesthesiologist. My doctor was excellent along with the guy who escorted me upstairs however the girls upstairs were not too good. One argued me down about what I eat the days before which I did not like. Then when I came out of the procedure the girl offered me juice and I was ok. When she gave it to me i was like ok imma drink it later she looked at me like I was stupid. Like go away bruh let me get myself together. Other than that it was ok.
The Black receptionist has an attitude problem and does not know how to communicate, arrived 45 mins early as they requested. Dr. Was late no one communicated that, and when asked about lateness was literally scolded by the same nurse. Very unprofessional and rude
My experience was good in general. Staff was polite and efficient and kind. My doctor is great.. Procedure was timely, quick and no issues in its execution. I did not appreciate being called 10 days before and being asked to put a deposit down before my insurance was applied. I was made to feel it was not optional but it was. I did not need that pressure ahead of an unfamiliar medical procedure. Otherwise, no notes.
I had a wonderful experience. The check-in process was organized and efficient. The intake nurses and those in the recovery room were very kind and attentive. The facility is clean and conveniently located. I definitely suggest using Kips Bay Endo.
Dr. Khaykis is an incredible, wholesome doctor. She has a great bed site manner, very attentive to your needs, and actually takes time to listen to your concerns without rushing you out. She's very thorough, professional and just makes you feel very comfortable.
The nurse (unfortunately forgot her name) was also very kind, caring and makes you feel at ease.
The front desk staff are courteous, polite and professional. Barely any wait time. The office itself is super clean and bright.
I highly recommend the Kips Bay Endoscopy center for their professionalism, caring and courteous attitude, and just overall approach to treating their patients.
Dr. Cohen is a fantastic human. He was kind, caring, knowledgeable. He was patient and explained everything I needed to know both before and after procedure. I am very lucky to find this doctor. I will refer all my friends and family to him. He is terrific!
I can’t say enough good things about this center. Everything was great. From the courtesy and professionalism of the staff and their competency to the ease of scheduling and lack of wait time. Such a smooth process. I was made to feel comfortable every step of the way and the center was great about calling in advance and post procedure to ensure I was informed about everything and knew what to expect. Excellent care and treatment.
I had a wonderful experience here from the intake nurse Pristine who walked me through everything thoroughly & had a sense of humor. She was pleasant and professional. Special thanks also to Julio for escorting me to the procedure area and was also very personable as well as helpful. I’m grateful for the anesthesiologist for the best nap I’ve ever had. The nurse in recovery was excellent as well. Lastly Dr. Harris everyone speaks glowingly of her & I’m recommending her to all of my friends and family. Thank you Kips Bay Endoscopy.
