I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Gersten, Risa, and Maria!
I recently had my bottom right molar and top right wisdom tooth extracted, and from the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Gersten is incredibly professional, skilled, and compassionate. His bedside manner was outstanding and helped ease my anxiety throughout the entire procedure.
What impressed me most was his honesty. He told me that since my other two wisdom teeth aren’t causing any problems, there was no reason to remove them. I truly appreciated that he put my health and well-being first instead of recommending unnecessary treatment. That kind of integrity is hard to find.
Risa and Maria were absolutely the sweetest! They were so kind, reassuring, and attentive, and they made me feel safe every step of the way. The entire office is spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained.
I can’t recommend this practice enough. If you’re looking for an oral surgeon and team who are not only highly skilled but also genuinely kind and caring, this is the place to go!
This was my first time wisdom teeth extraction, and I was quite nervous at first. However, Dr.Gersten and nurses were very professional, patient, and caring throughout the entire process, which made me feel comfortable and reassured. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience, and I truly appreciate the excellent care I received. Highly recommended!
I have had multiple good experiences at Kings Highway Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery. They have always been able to squeeze me in for an appointment and the front desk is very kind. The highlight of the place is Dr. Remi! He is the best! I have had wisdom teeth removals and an implant done with him. He saved my wedding by doing everything in his power to get my implant finished in time. He works quick and you feel no pain. My latest appointment was a wisdom tooth extraction with him and Dynesha who both made feel very comfortable and throughly explained everything. I very much appreciated their patience and care.
I had a dental emergency and had to have a tooth extracted due to it being infected. I have seen Dr. Remi in the past to have other extractions and an implant done so it was once again, nice to have him work on me to extract the tooth and prepare it for a future implant. His assistant was very nice and personable insuring I was comfortable. It was a pleasure speaking with her and having her help in this procedure. The office staff were very friendly and accommodating. Everything was explained to me in ways that anybody would be able to understand. I would highly recommend this place and the doctors and staff to any person that needs to have any type of dental oral work done.
Amazing work, I had Joshua Gersten and Dynesha Johnson, for getting all three of my wisdom taken out. And they are the most professional, funniest and nicest people I met. I highly recommend them, they made me feel calm and comfortable. I Highly recommend this place for tooth extractions!!!

Dr. Remi is a phenomenal doctor who has come to my rescue twice now. Ten years ago, I saw him after a failed apicoectomy performed elsewhere left my face swollen for days. He successfully corrected the failed procedure, and I never had an issue with that tooth again.
Recently, I faced another failed apicoectomy. I truly wish I had gone to Dr. Remi from the start; I might not have lost the tooth. Having moved out of state, I originally chose someone closer, but I eventually returned to Dr. Remi for an extraction and implant. Both procedures went perfectly, and I healed rapidly with zero complications.
Dr. Remi is competent, clear, and professional. I was particularly impressed by how he interacts with his assistants. He instructs them with precision and patience, which clearly benefits the patient as part of a seamless team effort. I also want to give a special mention to Maria, who assisted during my implant. She is amazing—her kindness, warmth, and professionalism made me feel truly cared for. Thank you, Dr. Remi and Maria!

For something that's a very scary experience for someone like me, having 5 teeth pulled same day in your office it felt like a breeze. Thank you for taking such great care of me, for kindness and utmost professionalism.
