Since the first day, the attention to detail has been amazing. The staff, the manager and techs have made my som feel comfortable. You come back for follow ups and they are quick and accommodating if by any chance you mixed up your appointments. I specifically go to one on Broadway in Manhattan by Dyckman Street.

Amazing experience for me and my daughter (new patient). Very understanding and flexible with the rescheduling providing sooner than later appointments. The wait time was slim to none almost. From the front desk staff to the assistants and doctor they all presented a pleasant welcoming approach serving excellent customer service. Happy to have chosen iSmile for my daughter’s orthodontic treatment. I highly recommend this office/team.

Dr Christina is an excellent professional orthodontist. This Dr knows what perfection and beautiful smile is. She is also very honest and does not sugar coat anything so my expectations are even higher than expected. The staff is unbelievable friendly and efficient. I’m so happy with my care and results I would highly recommend this place. Thank you I wood iSmile orthodontist.

I brought my daughter to this practice during a very challenging time, and I can honestly say they went above and beyond for us. From the moment we walked in, we felt supported and understood. What truly set them apart was how patient and proactive they were in helping us navigate the complicated insurance process something that had felt overwhelming before. Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication made all the difference for my daughter and me. I’m deeply grateful for the care we received here. Thank you guys

I had a very uncomfortable experience and every visit is the same. I was not greeted or acknowledged when I arrived. The reception was dismissive. And when inquiring about my appointment time, I was not asked to please hold, instead I was walked away from. Which is rude. They don’t respect your appointment time and they don’t have any hesitation with showing their disdain for you. In fact, one of the dental assistants Elaine, said, “it’s going to be a long day” when I asked the doctor a simple question about my treatment plan, right in front of me without any regard for my presence. This place lacks the proper customer service skills needed to make their clients feel comfortable. I feel terrible when I am there. The doctor is great and very comforting but the staff makes it a very unpleasant experience. Overall, I regret choosing this office as my orthodontist.

Careless for the patient time if the Main Doctor is not going, they don't even call to let you know. They have staff working on the kids. Think twice before starting treatment in these place.

Amazing service!! From the time I walked in the door until the time I left. The office manager Ryan was super helpful. Answered all my questions, helped me understand the process. Definitely recommend.
