Great experience here at Hollywood Walk-In Clinic all the way from Linda at the front desk to the doctor that took great care of me. They took their time treating me which was much appreciated. I was able to receive extremely quick x-rays and the doc was able to successfully solve the problem. A lot of clinics in Los Angeles are hit or miss. This one is for sure a hit. Highly recommend!

Great Urgent Care center. Entire staff is kind and caring, I can’t recommend them enough. Their primary Doctor is the best! Definitely worth going if you’re feeling under the weather.

Michelle is amazing! So accommodating, explained everything in detail, and was very knowledgeable. She is the best! She even worked with me on finding the best cost-effective medication and treatment through my insurance.

They are incredibly expensive for how little service they offer. And when you need a refill off a basic prescription they want you to come back in so they can keep charging high prices. The doctor is nice enough, but it's kind of a messy place and they do not treat patients with respect or courtesy. Their seats are torn in the waiting room and it feels like you're sitting in a cesspool of STD's. Their rude receptionists are also a bad look. Do not recommend.

Dr Michelle Kim is the best! 💖 The staff is awesome — especially Oscar and the gals at the front desk. Seriously the best walk- in clinic in so-cal!

Went for an ear issue and the entire staff is extremely professional, respectful, and thorough. Dr. Kim was very apologetic for my wait time, even though it seemed pretty quick from my experience in UrgiCares! Amazing team of people!

I arrived in Los Angeles from Germany and got sick almost immediately — fever and a severe sore throat. I went to this urgent care and, after only about a 30-minute wait, I was treated right away. The staff was professional and efficient. I received antibiotics and a syrup to reduce the swelling, and everything was clearly explained. The treatment worked perfectly — I recovered fast enough to be able to celebrate New Year’s Eve without any issues. I also received all the medical documents I needed without having to ask twice. Overall, a very smooth and stress-free experience, especially as a visitor from abroad. 10/10 — highly recommended
