I’ve been going here for about 1 1/2 years or 2 years and I can say that every time I have received great service!! There’s this new guy working there and he’s awesome, great energy with all of the other staff as well, just overall professional people. The only thing I will say though is the wait time is pretty long.

Please do not come here. Aside from the x ray technician who was really sweet, the dentist himself is a joke. You barely even get to speak to gim Here they herd you around like cattle - tryna get people in and out as soon as possible , switching you from room to room. It was my first time here and im definitely not coming back. I came to get my teeth examined because i have bad tooth pain. After my x rays, the dental assistant lays me down and starts doing an aggressive tooth cleaning (which i had no idea i was going to do) despite her knowing I had bad pain, she completely ignored my winces of pain. But Whatever i let it go But then the dentist walks in mid-cleaning, the assistant stops and leaves the saliva sucker tube thing in my mouth - and dentist starts to rapidly tell me i need a root canal at a orthodontist. He literally didnt even introduce himself. He didnt even sit down, he just hovered above me like he didnt have time to talk to me. When i asked for clarification, he gave me an attitude! Its like he couldnt spare a minute of his time! If you like personalized care and people who treat you like a patient not a cash cow, dont come here. Dentist wont even spare 5 min to chat with you. Never again!

Front desk girl was nice, but on the other hand I brought my son there for treatment on a cavity where they were insensitive that he was afraid. They opened the cavity then stated he needed to be put to sleep to finish the treatment which didn't explain that I would have to pay out of pocket. They left his cavity open and said he may need a root canal which I highly don't believe so I booked for another consultation else where. I'm upset the tooth was opened and left unsealed as that can cause severe issue and rapid decay. I'm beyond disappointed!

I love taking my children to this Dental Office, this is both of My children's first Dental place and now for 7yrs, Dr, Elan Kaufman is the best at what he does for Children and there Families, bringing them peace of mind when it comes to caring of our teething needs. However I myself became a part of the equation when my Dental 🪥office had specific days that didn't work well for my work schedule. This office is open (7) days a week and I love how fast and comfortable and reliable the service is here, the kids play while waiting to see the Dentist and there's friendly staffs who understands my son's needs being he's Autistic and on the Spectrum. I approve 'Friends and Family' because they provide the best and clean office with a character themed place that children can play and relax before getting there needs met.

Since I was a kid always feared a dentist and 38 years old my last dentist for five years from Shishi Bay Avenue Y and Austin Avenue I’m so scared of that lady. I never went to a doctor friends, family, dental and braces and the female doctor inside was probably the most decent nicest doctor ever. I did not feel any pain whatsoever. They had so many nice new machines beautiful staff very nice workers extremely nice. I even brought my wife the same day and now I am making appointment for all my babies and my mom. Dad and I will highly recommend any other person to try them out. They’re not only doing their job but they’re doing it in such a human way. Highly recommend.

They are amazing. They saw 3 of my kids and we were in an out in less than 1/2 hour. Everyone is so kind, efficient and patient. My kids love going to their dentist.

The dentist was wonderful as well as the entire staff. They were so accommodating. The dentist was able to ease my daughters fears before she entered surgery. Everything went extremely well. Very professional staff.
