This is a really great dental office. I go to Esthetix Dental Spa, and the receptionists are amazing when it comes to communication. They call and remind you about your appointments, which I actually appreciate because I tend to forget mine. They’re also great at keeping appointments on time. Overall, everyone is so kind, welcoming, and professional. Every staff member I’ve met has been a sweetheart. I highly recommend this office!

I had a great experience at Esthetix Dentist. The staff was professional, respectful, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I came in with tooth pain, and they took the time to listen to my concerns and provide excellent care. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and they helped address my pain quickly and efficiently. I left feeling much better and appreciated the level of attention and professionalism I received. Highly recommended!

This place was literally a life saver! My tooth broke while I was eating andI was able to get a quick and affordable evaluation here. The doctors were so thorough in explaining my options and very sympathetic. The staff was very warm and inviting and helped me figure out how to finalize the cost of my treatment through a variety of options. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I got my dental treatment done at Esthetix Dental Spa and I had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. They explained everything clearly and gave me many financing options, which really helped me afford the treatment happily. I truly appreciate their care and support. Highly recommend! Ask for Leidy. She is so sweet and helpful!!

I have never experienced such a rude and unprofessional interaction with a representative before. She contacted me regarding my appointment request, but instead of discussing my dental concerns, she repeatedly asked whether I could afford treatment and what my budget was, before even knowing what type of dental work I might need. I explained that I would first need an evaluation to determine the necessary treatment before discussing costs. However, she continued to focus on my ability to pay in a way that felt judgmental and dismissive. She also repeatedly stated that many insurance plans assign patients to student dentists and that people often come to their office to have mistakes corrected. I found these comments inappropriate and unprofessional. The conversation felt more focused on assumptions about my financial situation than on providing information or helping me schedule care. Additionally, there appeared to be a language barrier on her end, which may have contributed to misunderstandings during the conversation. However, regardless of the reason, the overall interaction was confusing, discourteous, and far below the level of professionalism I would expect. Overall, I felt talked down to and prejudged rather than treated with professionalism and respect.

Had a terrible customer service experience. Called the office Monday Dec15th and spoke with someone about my son who just got home from college who needs a wisdom tooth extracted. I told them he is leaving Jan 13th so needs to be seen before then. She said that is fine and told me the price for the initial visit and the starting range if we don’t have insurance. We do so I told her I would call the insurance to confirm the coverage and call her back. I called back on Wednesday Dec17th and she was in a meeting so I asked for a call back. They assured me that she would call back after the meeting. Never received a call back. I called back on Thursday Dec 18th. Once again told her the situation and gave her all the insurance info. She said she would call back to set the appointment. She called back a few hours later to ask for the zip code and said she would call again. Never did. I called back again the morning of Friday Dec 19th. The woman I spoke that morning said there are no appointments before the second week of January and that the other woman didn’t know that. So I wasted a week thinking my son could be seen because employees don’t know there are no appointments? How is that possible? Before gathering social security numbers shouldn’t they be checking availability on an easy to access scheduling system? Very disorganized.

This office is fantastic. The team was empathetic, gentle, and I was impressed with their range of services. They have providers equipped to assist you in any concerns you might have, truly a one stop shop! I feel renewed with newfound confidence after my visit, and I felt truly safe knowing I could trust the expertise of Dr. Divya, Dr. Philomin, and the rest of the staff.
