I took my father to EC Dental Clinic today, everyone was so kind. Also, MD jennie wong（黄瑛） explained everything in detail and provided excellent, responsible treatment. highly recommend.

I purchased a dental cleaning package at EC Dental in Flushing, NY last year for $205, which included two cleanings. I had my first cleaning in August.At that time, the front desk staff told me to come back in 6 months for the second cleaning. Since I live out of state, I specifically asked if it was okay to come after 6 months, and I was told yes. There was never any mention of an “reactivation fee” or any additional charges. When I tried to schedule my second cleaning in June, they told me there was no availability and pushed my appointment to July. Then I drove 4 hours from Boston to New York for the appointment, only to be told I had to pay an additional $20 “reactivation fee” because my second cleaning was beyond the 6 month period. I asked why this was never mentioned before, and they simply said it was their office policy. If this is really a policy, patients should be informed clearly in advance instead of being surprised with extra fees after traveling such a long distance. What disappointed me even more was the quality of the second cleaning. It felt extremely rushed and took less than 20 minutes from start to finish. No X-rays were taken because they said I had already done them during my first visit. Overall, this experience was very disappointing. Between the unexpected fee, poor communication, and rushed treatment, I will not be returning and would not recommend this office to my friends or family.

I had a great experience at this dental office. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and patient, which made the visit feel very welcoming from the start. The dental hygienist was amazing — very gentle, careful, and professional. The cleaning was completely painless and done with a light touch, which I really appreciated. The office itself is clean, bright, and comfortable, creating a very relaxing environment. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a positive dental experience.

Dr. Chang is amazing. He doesn't push you to do things that are not necessary. He saved my tooth from needing root canal. I never have to wait long for my appointments and the hygienist who does the cleaning are also nice and thorough. My only thing is the office does look like is getting a bit dated and getting more dirty. Hopefully they will freshen it up a bit!

Dr. Chang and his team provided comprehensive care during my dental implant visits. I felt confident in their expertise. The clinic is clean and everything was hygienic, they use the latest technology equipment. The friendly staff and modern clinic added to the positive experience. Definitely recommend.

I always come here for routine cleaning. They’ve always been punctual and professional. My dentists have been very gentle and always do a great job. Shoutout to Dr.Yao, Eva, Annie and Florence! They’re all super sweet ladies. I’ll be back in another six months - highly recommend!

I had five appointments for regular check up, cavities, and root canal. The quality of work is sloppy and rushed. New problems were created after appointments, but they repeatedly ignored my concerns. Unprofessional behavior such as changing appointment time without consent multiple times among various other issues. I will not be coming back.
