I found Dr. Desai while searching for the top Labiaplasty surgeon in LA and he was highly rated and on the 1st page on Google which prompted me to call in for a consultation.
Consultation: His reception team and surgery coordinator Ella were very inviting, with warm personalities and attentive to any questions I had as well as transparent with pricing. Right away Ella my coordinator was able to schedule me a video visit consultation and once I decided to move forward, she sent over an information packet via email of Before Surgery, Medications List, and Post-Surgery Recovery. Their communication is TOP NOTCH. ‼️
Meeting Dr. Desai: He was amazing. His bedside manner, professionalism and attention to detail assured me I chose the right surgeon to operate on me. I love his energy and how he conducts himself in every way. He never made me feel like I am just a number. He took his time, to hear me out, from the consult, on the surgery day, and post-pop as well. I am truly astounded by his practice and am already saving up for my next surgery with him!
The facility: Finding a modern, clean, pleasant AND aesthetic facility means a lot to me and I immediately was attracted from his behind the scenes videos he posts on IG. I have in the past been to older, more dated facilities and have never liked the feeling of that. However, with easy Valet parking, in a beautiful high rise in Beverly Hills— and entering his suite, it provided me with a sense of relaxation and admiration.
Post-Opp: All questions I have had have been immediately addressed with surgery coordinator Ella even on the weekend during non office hours.

I had a breath augmentation with Dr. Desai on 5/8/2026 and it went beautifully. This is my first ever surgery. I felt very safe and cared for throughout the whole process! The “what to do’s/Dont’s” document they put together was really helpful with planning on how to take my medication and when. It was all so reassuring!
