As soon as you walk in the office you are greeted with pure kindness. Semone is such a nice person and greeted me kindly. The nurse(I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) she was so nice as well. I had a few laughs with her. Nathalie Vil, RPA-C was wonderful, such an amazing RPA and so nice. I would definitely recommend Doral. The entire staff is amazing. I know I keep saying amazing and nice but it is because that’s just what my experience there had been.
I had a wonderful experience at my doctor’s office thanks to the front desk staff. The woman who assisted me was incredibly nice, pleasant, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I understood everything, and never made me feel rushed. Her kind attitude and willingness to help truly made a difference in my visit. Customer service like hers is hard to come by, and it did not go unnoticed. I really appreciate her professionalism and warm demeanor!
Had my first appointment and the check-in process was very simple and streamlined. Ms. Nathalie Zamor, the receptionist, was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made the whole process smooth and welcoming.
Had a great experience with my PCP, Dr. Josephine. She explained everything very clearly and made sure I understood each detail. She was so welcoming, encouraging, and genuinely helpful throughout the visit. She made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I truly appreciated her care and communication!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Doral, and I truly have to highlight Sanaa at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. She has such a warm and genuine spirit that immediately puts you at ease.
Sanaa went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and enjoyable, and her positive energy really set the tone for my entire visit. It’s rare to come across someone who not only does their job well but also makes the experience feel so personal and memorable.
Because of her, along with the overall atmosphere at Doral, I genuinely loved every second of my time there. She is a true asset to the team.

I had a good overall experience. Semone, the receptionist, was great very friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The wait time was a little longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. Natalie, the gynecologist, was really good she was informative, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit.
Highly recommend!! The receptionists Sanaa and Simone were extremely friendly and very helpful. The checked me in very quickly. The nurse’s assistant Izhanaye was professional and very nice as well. The best urgent care I’ve been too!

Semone stayed late just to wait for me and even held me like a baby while I got my needle, which meant more to me than I can explain. That level of care, compassion, and reassurance is something I will never forget. She is truly amazing 🌸
Izhanaye was also incredibly patient with me, and I really appreciated how gentle and understanding she was throughout everything. Both of these ladies made me feel supported, cared for, and at ease, and I’m so grateful for that 💗✨
