We had the opportunity to take my 92-year-old dad to the Doral Heath Center at 1797 Pitkin Ave for urology. From the moment we walked in we were treated with the utmost respect and dignity. Dr. Marlow Scott was amazing! He not provided excellent service, he was knowledgeable and shared his knowledge with our family. My dad loves character and respect. Stella bedside manner.
Theresa was amazing; excellent service, beautiful inside and out, and very supportive. I would be remiss if I did not acknowledge Alison; beautiful, kind, intelligent and very helpful. Just a stellar team! Excelente!
Upon my arrival I was given wrong information. I came to this location for a particular doctor. While making my appointment I was told she was here. When I arrived I was informed she was no longer here. I also had to wait 50 mins for a schedule appointment. I was upset and turned off until I met the staff Sharon, Dr. Millien, Tohgie, and the receptionist Rachel whose interaction has changed my view and temperaments to my baseline. I appreciate those ladies. What a great team. The office just need to work on time management.
Destiny F at the front desk provided excellent service. She was courteous, attentive, and very organized. She guided me through the check-in process clearly and made everything quick and hassle-free. Her positive and professional attitude really made a difference in my visit. Great experience overall
My experience with Dr. Mbaye, Nurse Jasmine, and Alison was truly exceptional. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a doctor’s office. Everyone was kind, professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable and cared for from start to finish. Their compassion and dedication to patient care are unmatched. Thank you all for providing such outstanding service—I highly recommend this office!

I’m always accommodated at this facility. The staff do tremendous job of taking care of me and providing me with all my medical needs. I really want to recommend Destiny F at the front desk. She always checks me in and provides all information needed. She very friendly and understanding and take time to new and current patients coming to the facility. She’s very welcoming and comes to work very presentable.
Destiny F made my visit really good. She explained everything very well and was informative the entire time. Her work is valued. Wait times here need to be improved tremendously, but Destiny made sure the wait was peaceful for everyone.
Sharon was incredibly helpful throughout my discharge process. She made sure I had all the referrals I needed and helped schedule my follow up appointments, which made everything much less stressful. She was professional, kind, and very organized. I truly appreciate her support and guidance.
