Receptionist would not even answer if they take my insurance, single handedly the worst medical or dental Receptionist I have ever dealt with.

They are calling me a liar saying that I “exaggerated information” I have pictures of how long i waited in the lobby before I got seated in a room. When I was seated in the room I still had to wait it was 4pm already and nobody came to even check our name. I had to come out to the receptionist to ask what time was my kids appointment and she proceeded to act clueless so i cancelled the appointment bc I was to be late the appointment would be cancelled….

What a bad experience and unprofessional service from the management. My appointment was scheduled for 3 p.m. When I arrived, they told me they were full for that time and that they had a 5 p.m. appointment. I told them I scheduled the appointment for 3 p.m. because after that, I had to pick up my other daughter from after school at 5 p.m., and I wouldn't have time to pick her up. The person who helped me never showed any interest in helping me resolve the scheduling issue and simply stated that she only had 5 p.m. available. I left, and the person didn't even have the courtesy to reschedule the appointment.

Horrible service from beginning to end. I made an appointment prior to coming in.And the staff was so unprofessional,rude,condescending .Their job is to create a positive first impression by welcoming visitors,directing them to the appropriate individuals or services within the clinic, and generally ensuring the smooth running of the front desk area .But their ego gets in the way of doing their job.Its a very straightforward job.Yet they made it so hard.Such a repugnant place to come in.For your own good make sure you see other options .

Mercedes was amazing with my daughter!! I can’t believe that she is actually was able to treat her since my daughter is very hard to let someone touch her, I am so happy with her treatment she is truly a super!!

Called to see if they took my child’s insurance. The receptionist said yes then hung up when I asked if they are trained to handle difficult kids? Gave them the benefit of the doubt so I called back, the same receptionist tried to pretend we weren’t just on the phone but this time they don’t take my child’s insurance. They are listed on my insurance providers website but I always ask just in case the info is incorrect. Such a weird interaction. Probably dodged a bullet.

Have been here twice now. Camila and the woman last time was so kind with my two babies. They explained everything and were very friendly but professional! We’ll keep coming back. The babies love it. No fear at all and always have patience with the kids.

I was a patient at this facility for years, and I’m relieved to finally be of age to leave. My last experience here was the worst I’ve ever had with any doctor and the staff ever. My appointment was scheduled for 2 p.m., but the doctor didn't see me until 4 p.m. This was the longest wait time I’ve ever experienced compared to any other appointment with any other doctor. When I spoke to Butensky who was an old white male with glasses to express my dissatisfaction with the long wait, he responded in a very rude manner. His exact words were, “I don’t feel pity for you; you should go to NYU Hospital and see their wait time.” First of all, NYU hospital and this office are not even comparable. He seemed upset that I respectfully voiced my concerns about the treatment I was receiving and the long wait time. As a doctor working with children and parents, he should have been compassionate and attentive to how I, the patient, felt. There is only one doctor at this facility, and the secretaries give out so many appointments for the same hour that you are never seen at your scheduled time. The doctor is uneducated, rude, and lacks care and kindness towards patients. Additionally, the front desk staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. When I respectfully expressed my dissatisfaction with the service, they told me to be quiet so that the other patients in the waiting room wouldn’t hear me. They are the first people that patients interact with when coming into the office, but they clearly lack the skills needed to treat patients properly. Overall, I felt humiliated and disrespected by everyone in this office. I will not be returning and will be changing my dentist.
