The entire staff was aligned with the needs and concerns. What I figured to be a 4 hour scheduled visit took just over an hour or so, with a full waiting room. Staff worked together and were very professional with their craft . The Dr. was professional, concerned asked questions, and fully confident in the performance of the physical . Very satisfied experience, Thanks to all.

I have never been to a center more friendly and organized than concentra. Everyone was absolutely efficient and wonderful from the minute I walked in to the time I left. I even returned documents and one of the CMA’s Alexandria and the woman who gave me the Tb test shot - sorry I didn’t get your name -were wonderful. You guys get a 5 star. You’re on my number one list. Keep up the great work!

The staff was friendly, the workers in the front desk were very helpful and patient. I think there was a lot of paperwork that wasn’t organized and not sorted, I waited 3 hrs before being seen, it felt like everyone that came after went before me. And they didn’t realize that I needed a dot drug test. When my urine was only done only for a urine analysis. Later I had to return to the site a few days later cause their audiogram was down the first day

The system is very organized. Waiting time is short as long as you arrive at the appointment site on time. The staffs were very kind and eager to help the patient. The facility was clean and all the therapy machines and beds were maintained clean and neat.

Came at 7:50am, 6 people ahead of me. After registering at 8:10 I proceeded to wait until 10:04 where I completed my appointment in 15 minutes. Left at 10:22 and was called back after I already left because they'd missed a screening,.. I come back only to be told everything was already evaluated after waiting again. I could endure the wait time but it just sucks how disorganized my experience was.. it wasnt respectful of my time or patience.

Excellent, excellent service!! Much better than the location that’s off of McCarter Highway in Newark (0/10). Better management, better staff, friendlier people, nicer doctors. I would recommend this place a million times over! This is my preferred Concentra Location.

Don't Go! Don't Go! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! My mother had to have a conversation with a supervisor who told her she had to wait until 2:40pm to be seen when she arrived at 12:30, even though she arrived early to her appointment. Upon my research on this location, I found that my mother was NOT the only one experiencing extended wait times. Do your research before going.
