The girls at the front is rude as hell not just in person but when they answer the phones as well. Working in a weight loss clinic you need good vibes and energy especially when it comes to asking about the product and services

Dr. Sleiman Saved me I was insulin doing horrible . And he changed my life and he helped me with my Duabetes. I was put on Monjaro and my A12 went down I am doing excellent . Thanks tii Dr. Sleiman he saved and help me . I thank God he is a Excellent HTOwn Doctor.

I have nothing negative to say about the clinic itself, as I understand they do not compound the Semaglutide directly. However, I’ve been on Semaglutide since 2024, and I’ve noticed a significant change in its effectiveness following the lawsuit to halt its compounding. Unfortunately, the side effects have become severe — including pelvic pain, unusual stomach cramps, and hair loss. I stopped taking the medication about a week ago, as I can no longer put my body through this. Please proceed with caution with this medication.

Most of the ladies are rude some barely give you a smile and Some DONT even greet you ! A simple Hello goes a long way ! It makes you feel like they don’t want you there. I like the services the facility provides but unfortunately some of the workers don’t give you the best experience they lack on customer service skills !

All of the staff is super sweet and helpful. I've been going since February and have already seen results. Santa does my shots and she's always very sweet and informative. I was recommended by a friend and would also recommend those who are just starting their weight loss journey.

I’ve been coming Since June 2024 i wasn’t consistent but received ongoing assurance and support. I stopped and resume my appoints start December 2024 and have been on a consistent plan of losing weight. Between the doctors providing the best knowledge and help along with the ladies in the office handling the business side I would say this is one of the best places that’s affordable and effective for weight loss surgery. Yamilette was my tech today and as always proved pain free service.

False advertising. On their website they say the weight loss visit includes the appetite suppressant medication if medically needed but when I called they said it’s an additional $130+ depending on the medication. Should probably put that in the ad.
