Dr. Chang is an exceptional doctor. From my very first appointment, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. He is knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to explain every step clearly, making even difficult decisions feel less overwhelming. His compassionate approach and attention to detail gave me confidence throughout my treatment. I am truly grateful for his dedication and would highly recommend Dr. Chang to anyone looking for outstanding medical care.

City Care Family Practice is so wonderful! I just wished I knew about this practice à long time ago and I would have saved the hassle of searching doctors/specialists in different places. This practice has most if not all the care providers you need - from Primary Doctors to Specialists for sleep apnea, chronic diseases etc. The Doctors, Physicians, Nurses and overall staff are so professional and friendly and you will feel their sincere care from the first conversation. I’m so very happy with them and especially thanking Dr. Solis and Injihn for their warmth and attention to my specific needs.
Dr Chung is a great doctor. He very caring and we wants to get to the bottom of what bothering you. And he will. He has been my doctor for 18 years. I moved to Connecticut and DR. Chung suggested that I I get a physician in Ct because of the distance. I knew I wouldn't want another doctor but I gave it a shot. And I was totally unsatisfied and didn't trust the physicians. So I returned back to DrChung office and this time. I'm not leaving. What I like most about his office the team is very polite.
SuSu She came into the examination room with a smile and she had great bed side manners, we conversation while she took blood. I didn't even feel a pinch. Great girl.
Dr. O'Shea and his office has been great! Quick with their service and informative about my check-up. Nurse Susu was nice going about with the blood work. No pain inserting the needle and she was steady and quick. This been my new physician for the past year; office is modern and so clean as well!
great care team! first time patient, but everyone has been super kind and caring :) office is clean and spacious! they offer all kinds of testing and makes seeing a doctor easy! dr solis was so open to hearing me out and listened with care. i appreciated the time they took with me. and they accept medicaid!
Dr. Chung has been my primary doctor for two decades and I've always had a positive experience. He's always explained different issues clearly and helped me with whatever was going on. I trust his medical advice and care. The office is also lovely and in a great location. I've recommended him whenever a friend needs a doctor.
Now that I don't live in NYC anymore, I've come to appreciate him even more! Hence why I'm writing this review now. I found a great PCP where I am now, but establishing GOOD medical care in a new state is challenging and takes a long time. It makes me appreciate so much more the excellent care I've received over the years with my NYC doctors and specialists.
I love City Care Family Practice! I've been coming here for a couple of years, and what I like most about them is that they're always there when I need them. There aren't many places you can go that have experienced doctors that take last minute appointments, and I appreciate them for that. On top of their flexible availability, the staff is also really great. Front desk always helps with making sure I have everything I need prior to my appointment. Susu is also really great and always makes the process go so smoothl. Dr. Karthik is amazing and knowledgeable and always has the answer to my questions. Harry is new but I've had him a few times and he's awesome
Susu the nurse was very kind and sweet. Asked me all my general questions about my medical history with patience and took so many vials of blood without me barely noticing the pinch or pain. Harry the PA answered a lot of my questions and concerns since I have not had a medical check up in a few years. He was compassionate when discussing mental health and issues at
Home affecting my functional mental health state. I will be recommending city care family practice and even considering switching my son care here as well. Thank you to all the caring and accommodating staff for making my first visit so seamless and easy.
