My appointment with Dr. Gomez was really nice. Dr. Gomez actually listened to me and was not dismissive at all, which I truly appreciated. She took the time to address my concerns thoughtfully and made me feel heard throughout the visit.The only downside was the excessive wait time,(1hr 20 min) which is why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. Overall, I had a very positive experience with my allergist.
The Medical Receptionists at Century Medical & Dental Center were also nice.
I had an outstanding experience with NP Yelena and her team. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for and heard. She is incredibly thorough, taking the time to ask detailed questions and truly listen to everything I had to say. I never felt rushed, and she made sure to address every single concern I brought up with patience, clarity, and professionalism.
What really stood out to me was how attentive and compassionate she is. She explains things in a way that’s easy to understand and makes you feel confident in your care plan. It’s rare to find a provider who combines knowledge, thoroughness, and genuine empathy so well.
I also want to recognize her medical assistant, who is just as amazing. Nykita is always kind, welcoming, and eager to help in any way he can. Whether it’s answering questions, assisting during visits, or making sure everything runs smoothly, her positive attitude truly enhances the entire experience.
This team goes above and beyond, and I’m so grateful to have found such dedicated and compassionate healthcare professionals. Highly recommend!
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Dvorkina for several years, and my experience has consistently been exceptional. She demonstrates a high level of professionalism, compassion, and attentiveness, always taking the time to thoroughly address any concerns and ensure I feel heard and supported. Her approach to patient care inspires complete confidence and trust.
I would also like to recognize her medical assistant, whose patience and calming demeanor make each visit smooth and reassuring. In addition, Susie, the sonography technician, is consistently courteous and gentle, creating a comfortable and relaxed environment during examinations.
The entire office, including the front desk staff, maintains a professional, organized, and patient-focused atmosphere. Based on my experiences, I strongly recommend this practice to anyone seeking attentive, high-quality medical care.
In the early 20s, it I find is the most fantastic of medical provider experiences that has my loyalty for all eternity thanks to the on-site medical professionals that was able to get me in and out... urgently! 💝 The 5-Star rating doesn't even include the website information or my self-pay ledger thanks wholly and solely to Zoctor Doctor the mobile health app for miracles; like the miracles of childbirth...!
Dr. Dvorkina is one of the few doctors working under a system where you have limited time with your patients. Yet each time I visited her, she always seemed to listen intently and work with me to develop a game plan around health care situation. Great doctor and a good team supporting her.
I had a bad experience with an uneducated secretary of the dental department 200 Livingston Street Brooklyn, NY 11201. She is rude and doesn’t know how to speak to patients. I had an appointment at 11:30. I had a grace period of 15 minutes to be there. On a wheelchair, I got to the office at 11:43. She was talking to an other patient and talking to the phone at the same time. She saw me on the line with the wheelchair. She purposely ignored me. When the patient left, an other person passed to her to reschedule. I put my name on the sheet saying I arrived at the building at 11:43. Even though she saw me, she lied saying I was not at building at 11:43. She asked to wait for 15 minutes. After an hour wait, I approached her to ask why she didn’t call me. She said i have to wait. I decided to leave the office and went home. I received a message to reschedule. When I called to reschedule, she recognized my phone number, she transferred the call to others locations.After 5 calls, I used a different phone number, she picked up right away. Because she saw I used a wheelchair, she didn’t show any respect for me. She should not work with patient. She is a disgrace!!!
Doctor Sarah Williams is a great human and excellent doctor. Dr. Williams listens to her patients very kindly and carefully. She has always smile on her face and approaches to her patients with respects and compassion.
I am so grateful that she is my ob/Gyn doctor. Thank you so much Doctor Sarah Williams for being such a great human and professional. You can be a role model to any person. Thank you Century Medical and Dental Center for having such wonderful and inspiring doctors for your patients.
Dr. Khasak is a really great dermatologist and has been my doctor for the past 3 years. I’m looking forward to seeing him again soon. He remembers little details, which really shows he cares even with so many patients.
