Mr. Juan Mejia While I had left you a few messages last year mailed you letters sad still haven’t received any response or from your team unfortunately It is crazy when I have reached out to our former Pres in the White House with a Biden staff person so promptly able to not only respond back to me but to also help me “3” years ago with having an issue at Social Security office
Today I am urgently asking you to please make sure our Oncology Patient Navigator working in the 6th floor if at all possible in keeping at CCH working as she has been a living Angel most eager to help my son & I during challenging times in our life trying to survive during treatments and follow up & so proactive positive towards Dr’s and staff As well above beyond professional highest level with patients We have had esteemed privilege to know and work w/ MS KAREEM LAMBERT MPH
During my routine 🩸💉 blood work exam with Dr Perry Cook your #1 Oncologist and Hematologist Presbyterian Methodist CCH my son also had an appointment we both over heard in the waiting room area a few changes were happening I will keep trying to reach out but in the interim please make haste in keeping this VIP employee of your family in tacked to where she is most likely to continue being so appreciated by count less patients and community service ♋️🩺

The staff who assist with my check in and security are very professional and polite .
My nurses and Drs are “THE BEST “ .
We always have great conversations about my activities and of course my health.
I always anticipate a great appointment , my friends always want to know what I’m going to wear , as the staff always compliment me.
Hands down, this is the best hospital where I’ve ever received care for my health issues. Over the years, I’ve been to quite a few hospitals, and the difference here is the attentiveness and compassion I’ve experienced from everyone involved.
From the incredible ladies who schedule my appointments, to the doctors, nursing staff, and even the security team, everyone has treated me with kindness and respect.
I receive treatment on the 6th floor at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital, and I cannot say enough good things about the care I’ve received there.
I would also like to give a tremendous thank you to Dr. Perry Cook. He has been incredibly patient and understanding with me. I haven’t always been the easiest patient, but his empathy, professionalism, and genuine care have helped me live a much better life. For that, I am truly grateful.Thank you to everyone who works there for the outstanding care and dedication you show your patients every day.
The place is modern and very clean. Staff are friendly and attentive. I have been seeing their doctors for years and always the same caring bedside manner. They even pay attention to your concerns. I have never encountered long wait times or staff with an attitude like you’re bothering them. Easy in, easy out. My questions are always answered. 👍🏾
Everyone is attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and overall just nice. My nurse practitioner was attentive to my needs and asked the right questions so that I can Clearly explain my reasons for being there. I felt very comfortable in her presence.
I really was well cared for at this hospital for an out-patient colonoscopy. It was about as good as it gets--nearly everyone remembered to tell me who they were and why there were there (!) and everything was handled professionally and I felt very well when I went home. Good care and a good team and doctor. 👍🏻
A real doctor for once. I always enjoy my visits to Methodist. The young ladies that work there are the best. There is Carolyn, Widelande, Susan, Asma, Catherine and Tresor. These ladies are medicine to my heart. Always kind words, and lots of tenderness, caring and love. They always make my visit easy and smooth. Lots of laughter.
Recently, my wife had a procedure done at this hospital. Our impression was that most of the employees went about their jobs in a professional manner. There were a few that we encountered who seemed to miss the point that patients come there to do business...
We are both seniors/retired, and the way we were being spoken to/treated by a few (at one point) had left much to be desired.
It is a suggestion that Management does undercover checks in order to maintain reputable service.
