Definitely the most pleasant dentist's office experience I've ever had! Everyone I interacted with was super personable and kind, from the receptionist, to the X-ray tech and hygienist, to the dentist himself. The hygienist was gentle and did a great job of explaining things (I wish I got her name!) and the office was clean and modern. A 10/10 dentist in NYC!!

Ah man what a peaceful feeling of ease I feel with my teeth. I had a whole year and probably a few months more of trying to look for a dental spot to help me with a tooth decay. Thank God they helped me save my tooth and thank goodness I found Cascada dental spa. Yes it is definitely a spa feeling and they do every type of practice, name it and they will guide you. I had fun at this place. I got see everything they was doing from 3D x-rays to seeing how mouth looks inside. Pretty cool. Dr. Mona and her dental assistant Emily were so good to me like personality wise and their energy is so peaceful they made sure I was as comfortable as possible because I was mentally nervous about needles and I was scared for nothing lol I loved the way they treated me and I absolutely didn’t feel pain throughout the process not even the anesthesia part wasn’t painful like I thought or working on my tooth. I didn’t feel nothing, and they make sure to keep you feeling at peace while they’re working on you. The music was great too lol nice and soft, classic music to keep you mentally entertained. The place is so clean, everyone are just so nice and I finally found my home at this place. Thank you so much to everyone and my new doctors; Dr. Mona. I’m so happy to smile and show off my clean teeth! I truly recommend this place to anyone.

My experience here at Cascada Dental Spa was great. The place is overall clean and beautiful. I do hope that they place magazines on their waiting room table in the future though! Everyone I saw was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable. First I had to scan my teeth. Then take X rays. The woman communicated with me what was happening the whole time. She then told me that the X ray process would be a little uncomfortable since I had to hold a type of bite block in my mouth. This helped me know what to expect. The woman who cleaned my teeth took her time and made sure I was okay as she attempted to remove old stubborn glue that my last dentist did not remove. I was pleased with how clean my teeth looked. Dr. Yan Gilad also answered all my questions and gave me good advice. My past experiences were painful and or uncomfortable, I enjoyed my experience here.

I had a really good experience at Cascada Dental Spa! The assistant Jeliffer was super sweet, and my hygenist Nicole was extremely helpful. She gave me flossing advice that I didn’t even know I needed! Highly recommend, the staff is so nice, and they make you feel good at the dentist!

My first time at this dental office. I enjoyed my experience! Very professional and knowledgeable. The doctor was very kind (Dr. Olivia Kim) The assistants that checked me in and took care of me did amazing and were very gentle. (Nicol, Jeliffer and Emely! ) 10/10

Every appointmenti am received warmly by Gladys or Alysa. The staff is extremely professional and helpful. The dental hygienist was amazing!! Nicole was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant Jimena, Yabet,and Yandry are exceptional! They are professional, thorough and caring. My dentist Dr.Gilad is par no the best I have experienced.

Kay my hygienist was awesome!! I’ve been to a few dentists in the area and she was the best. My gums are sensitive and she gave me no pain. I really appreciate her work!

Dr Lituchy, Dental Assistant Nicol and Gladys amazing doctor amazing people they treated me as spectacular. Actually, they did the work the same day. I recommend this dentist to anyone that needs to have any dental work done amazing people number one.
