Personally, I had great experience from the first phone call till the end of my visit. Managed to have appointment right next day, my problem was fixed the same day and nothing more to say. Very professional, fast and pleasant visit. Will continue using Aspen Dental in my future. Wish you all great health!

I had a great experience getting my bridge done here. The dentist did an amazing job, and the whole procedure was completely painless. I was so comfortable that I actually fell asleep in the chair. The staff was kind and professional, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

The hygienist was very good. She was very thorough and gentle. But the dentist came in, and didn’t even introduce herself. And then she never did explain to me what she was wanting to do to me at a later date. I waited for over 30 minutes to speak with her and she was with another patient. I will never go back there.

Everyone was friendly and informative. The front desk kept me informed of my wait time. The technician was very patient and gentle. The doctor was honest. The consultant was thorough. I would have given them a 5, but I was at the dentist getting a plan to have extractions and dentures.

I can’t recommend Dr. Pai and the Aspen Dental team enough! They are always efficient, professional, and genuinely caring in everything they do. I used to be terrified of going to the dentist, but thanks to their patience and support, my long journey of extractions, fillings, and root canals has been completely manageable. They make what used to feel overwhelming feel so much easier—and even reassuring. Truly the best dental team!

Showed up to my appointment to the dr mentioning they are short staffed and can only do a limited exam. I went in for two teeth in discomfort, and she mentioned she would try her best to pull them same day per my wishes. Cool... I wait an hour in the lobby, xray tech comes to get me finally... the xray area is ghetto, small and just a chair in a small room. He mentioned only doing an xray on one tooth... which is not what I went in for. I explain two teeth were in discomfort and I need them both looked at. Dr comes back with him and told me this is a limited exam only and she can only look at one tooth. Now the story changes and tells me she can only give me medication today even though I mentioned to her I've already taken amoxicillin. I explain im not wasting anymore time and left very upset. I went to dental depot and they were actually nice, professional and got both my teeth out in under 2 hours. Stay away from aspen

While not many people enjoy going to the dentist, the entire staff makes each visit very pleasant. I have been using this Aspen location since 2016 and consider myself a loyal patient. The folks here are very friendly, professional and make every appointment a positive experience.

This place is amazing! From the moment I was greeted very warmly on a chilly day by a wonderful receptionist. These folks are genuinely concerned about my well-being. The hygienist was a delight, she kept my spirits up even when I knew it didn't look good, my mouth that is. The nurse was kind and funny but knew what she was doin with a professional attitude. The Doctor hand's down the best that I have met so far! She explained everything in such detail wich really eased my nerves. And then there was Michelle at check out, what fabulous human being!😁 she took her time helping me with all my options, just an awesome person!! Thank you all for everything you did and are about to do. I feel very comfortable going to this dental office and believe me, that's not an easy statement to make. ✌🏼🤟🏻
