Dr. Reddy is incredibly knowledgeable, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and genuinely cares about her patients. Every appointment has been a great experience because she answers every question without making you feel rushed and always makes you feel comfortable from start to finish.
I have been going through a year-long dental implant process with Dr. Reddy, and her bedside manner has been exceptional throughout. She is compassionate, considerate, and incredibly relatable, which makes every visit feel much less stressful. From the initial consultation through each stage of treatment, she has taken the time to explain exactly what to expect, answer all of my questions, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident in the process. What could have been an overwhelming experience has been made so much easier because of her patience, kindness, and genuine concern for her patients' well-being.
What I appreciate most is her attention to detail. She never cuts corners, always makes sure you understand your options, and genuinely wants the best outcome for her patients. You can tell she takes tremendous pride in her work, and it shows in the quality of care she provides. Beyond being an outstanding dentist, she is a warm, thoughtful, and genuinely amazing person who treats her patients with empathy and respect. As an added bonus, Dr. Reddy is absolutely fabulous—she brings such positive energy to every interaction and has impeccable style and taste. Most importantly, she is passionate about helping her patients look and feel their best. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist they can completely trust.
I’ve been going to Dr. Reddy for a few years now, and she is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had!! I had some truly awful experiences with dentists when I was younger, so I never thought I’d actually look forward to dental appointments. But that’s exactly how I feel every time I come to 209 NYC Dental.
Dr. Reddy is absolutely incredible. She takes the time to thoroughly explain every procedure, making sure I understand exactly what’s happening and why. She has such a warm, friendly personality that makes it feel like you’re talking to a friend, while still being incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind.
She also completely transformed my smile! I previously had a bridge done on my front teeth at another dental office, and the work Dr. Reddy did was top tier level. Not only does it look so much better, but she made the entire process collaborative by making sure every detail matched exactly what I wanted. I truly appreciated how much she cared about getting it right.
Everyone at 209 NYC Dental is wonderful. From Dr. Reddy to the amazing team at the front desk, everyone is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. It’s always a pleasure chatting with Dainea when I’m checking out after my appointments. She always makes the experience even better.

I had an amazing experience with Dr Reddy at 209 NYC Dental. Dr Reddy took the time to explain everything to me, was super comforting, and is always super kind whenever I go in for a visit. Her expertise and knowledge of the dental space is obvious and makes the whole experience so much smoother knowing I am in good hands!
Dr Reddy is helping me through the process of getting my wisdom teeth removed and I now have my surgery scheduled for September. She made the whole process really clear and helped me understand why I needed this procedure, rather then just telling me I needed this done.

I recently visited 209 NYC Dental for the first time with my child in December. As a new patient during one of the busiest times of year—when many people rush to use remaining insurance benefits—I wasn’t sure what to expect.
The check-in process was thorough, and while there was some waiting, this seemed perfectly reasonable given the seasonal rush. When I was asked to pay upfront for my procedure, I inquired about the policy. This practice didn’t surprise me, as I’ve encountered the same approach at other medical providers, including major academic medical centers like Columbia University Irving Medical Center and NewYork-Presbyterian, where payment responsibility is routinely confirmed before appointments.
What truly stood out was the quality of care once we were seen. Dr. Park and her assistant were exceptional with my child—keeping the atmosphere relaxed, engaging her in light conversation, and expertly easing her nerves throughout the visit. Dr. Ifraimov went above and beyond by taking care of an unscheduled procedure for me, saving me from having to return for a follow-up visit. Both experiences were professional, well-organized, and genuinely attentive.
Communication was clear at every step, and the treatment exceeded my expectations. This is top-notch dental care delivered with skill and consideration. I’m grateful we found this practice and would confidently recommend it to other families.
I visited this clinic recently for an emergency molar extraction after my regular dentist couldn't see me until later in the week. From the moment I called for a same-day appointment, I knew I was in good hands.
The office is modern and welcoming, and the reception team was incredibly friendly. I was seen quickly by Miriam and Dr. Wang, who were both phenomenal. They were highly professional, educational, and provided a level of comfort I haven’t experienced at a dentist in years.
The procedure itself was top-tier, completely painless. They kept me informed every step of the way and provided clear post-op instructions. I was blown away that I was headed home within an hour of arriving. The high praise and volume of reviews here are well-deserved; this is easily one of the best dental offices in the city. I am extremely pleased with this place. They offer same-day appointments. The staff is extremely friendly. My x-ray technician was extremely thorough and gentle throughout the entire process. Dr. Reddy performed a detailed examination. She has excellent bedside manner and was very informative. She asked if I had a primary dentist that I usually see and offered to have all of the information, notes, and x-rays sent over. Extremely pleasant experience and would highly recommend!
I have been seeing Dr. Reddy for a couple of years mostly for a regular checkup. However, recently, I needed to see her more often to replace old crowns and to treat some cavities. During these procedures, Dr. Reddy was very caring, gentle, and empathetic. She always tried to minimize pain, and the procedure always went efficiently. Moreover, when I explained that I was experiencing some slight discomfort that I had for years, she went over and checked everything, and gave me several options for treatment. She also always explained what she would do in a way that was easy to understand, so that I knew we were on the same page and that I felt comfortable.
The after care was great, and the office was very nice and efficient. Overall, I had a great experience in this place, and I highly recommend!
Dr. Reddy was great with my 2 yo's 1st dental cleaning, she talked and showed the little one each step of the procedure. There was no drama nor crying throughout dental cleaning. My LO was not afraid at all and was cooperative to open the mouth for cleaning. Thank you so much for a non-traumatic event!
