I had a really great experience at this dental office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The front desk made check-in quick and easy, and I didn’t have to wait long before being seen.
The dentist was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped me feel comfortable and informed. They were gentle during the procedure and made sure I wasn’t in any discomfort, which I truly appreciated. It’s obvious they care about their patients and take pride in their work.
The office itself was clean, modern, and well-organized, which added to the overall positive experience. I also appreciated how transparent they were about pricing and treatment options—no surprises.
Overall, I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for high-quality care and a friendly, professional team. I’ll definitely be returning for my future dental needs!
Dr Clark was really great with her bedside manner; I came in with much dental phobia and anxiety; I was instantly put at ease. The front staff and back assistants were also very kind and thorough. I did have a bit of a wait, but that can be expected with how kind they are here.
The people who answer the phone sound pleasant at the very beginning, but in the end, they act rudely. I am never going back to that office—not only is the waiting room very cramped, but they also don't allow a minor patient to be accompanied inside. I had been approved for a deep cleaning; they told me my insurance had already approved it for both the top and bottom teeth. However, when I arrived for the appointment, they made me sit and wait for over three hours, and then told me that only the top part had been approved. The dentist didn't even spend 15 minutes cleaning my teeth before saying I could go and everything was fine.
I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. The staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout my interaction. If your office does not truly accept walk-in patients, then the “Walk-Ins Welcome” signage should be removed, as it creates misleading expectations for potential patients.
What was most frustrating was the lack of clear communication. Staff seemed unwilling to provide complete information and spoke in a manner that felt condescending and disrespectful. As a patient, I expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of whether I have an appointment or not.
The attitude of the front desk staff reflects poorly on the entire practice. If this clinic wants to attract and retain patients, management should seriously consider hiring staff who are welcoming, respectful, and knowledgeable. Good customer service is essential in any healthcare setting.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this clinic to others.
Don’t come here for an appointment. Unless you have all day to wait for your turn. Don’t expect to have the same answer on the phone and in person. I scheduled for an appointment and confirmed all my inquiries. Then when I went for the appointment at 10am. I was told I may not be seen for the appointment because they have to call my insurance and waited for more than an hour to be seen.
I called ahead and made an appointment after being told they accepted my insurance. However, I was then told I needed some kind of authorization before my visit. When I contacted my insurance company, they said that was not typical and offered to send over my policy and coverage information directly.
To avoid any confusion, I had my insurance representative on the line with me while contacting the office. Unfortunately, the way the staff spoke to the insurance company was very off-putting and unprofessional. The entire interaction made me uncomfortable enough that I decided not to keep my appointment and instead went to a different dental office.
Looking back, I probably should have trusted my first impression because even scheduling the appointment felt unusual and the customer service over the phone already seemed lacking. Customer service and communication matter, especially in healthcare. If the experience before even walking through the door feels this unpleasant, it does not inspire confidence about the level of care patients will receive during treatment.
I hope the office invests in better customer service training because professionalism and respectful communication go a long way.
I couldn’t be more pleased with my recent visits to Yes Dental the workers are all nice starting with the receptionist to the doctors. Dr. Singh Is a very great doctor From the moment I had him. Also as soon as you walk in they are very friendly and greet full. Dr. Singh explains every step along the way and is compassionate with how he speaks. The entire team is wonderful and I highly recommend Dr. Singh. Yes Dental is highly recommended and for those who are interested definitely go for it.
Deborah the manager of this place , i honestly dont know how she is a manager with how rude she handles situations and the low patience that she has . Im a general manager and i will never be so inpatient in a 10 minute call no matter how frustrating the situation may be! Our job is to be patient & have zero attitude ! Also this dental office charged me TWICE ! My insurance sent me a letter of proof . Be careful . Now shes saying that she doesn't see it on her end but when i call a dental place (my new dental office), they see both charges being done on the date of my xrays at there location. Also I NEVER EVEN GOT TREATMENT DONE. ALL THEY DID WAS XRAYS AND THEN SAID THAT IT WAS TIME FOR THEM TO CLOSE . Then why take my appointment ! The place needs to be cleaned the floors are so dirty and the walls, not to mention how front desk greets you. Oh & Deborah i know you said “ its only $35 “ , its not about the money , its about doing your job correctly .
