Thank you!! I had a very painful cyst on my lower back drained,I felt very well taken care of from the moment I stepped the front door . Everyone was friendly and welcoming. After a5 min wait,I was taken to treatment room . Everything happened quickly and professionally …. Was my first time to any urgent care… I was so pleased with my care and my result…..
Not gonna lie, the name did not instill much confidence in me. But the reviews were great and it was the closest place to me for an injury.
And I have to say - they were GREAT. Truly I've had some unpleasant experiences in doctor's offices/urgent care/hospital, and these folks were so nice and so attentive to detail! They're clearly doing a lot of work and seeing a lot of people and yet I didn't feel rushed at all and felt well taken care of.
I want to also specifically shout out Cece at the front desk, who was so patient with me, made me feel so comfortable, and was just an overall delight to speak with.
You folks are doing great work, thank you so much!
Great experience from start (making online appointment) to finish (great reception, exceptional nursing care, and the PA who saw me was caring and reassuring). Since I don’t yet have a doc in Philly, vybe on Broad St. was a great find! If I need care urgently, I know I will go back to vybe.
I was pretty sick when I walked in. Lovely gal w the beautiful red hair at reception welcomed me with care and attention:) Dawn, the nurse got me set up and comfortable and was thorough and kind. Dr.DeMarco chatted with me, and asked some good questions. He gave me a breathing treatment, and it worked. I feel better than when I walked in. He was thoughtful about prescribing next steps, and meds. And frankly, I loved it. I felt excellently taken care of from start to finish, and I would like to wish these lovely medical professionals all the wellness to surround them. Thank you Vybe on S Broad St! You improved my quality of like today. 🙏🏼 Hopefully, I’ll be laughing without feeling like I’m coughing up a lung, very soon:) 😂
I came in for a sports physical to be medically cleared for a race I am running in Argentina. The physician assistant was confused by what procedures or tests she had to perform After telling me I need to go to a primary care doctor to sign the form, I got the marathon tour group leader on the phone explaining that I just needed to someone to confirm I am healthy to run a race of 5k or longer and any other tests were left up to the interpretation of the provider to determine if I m fit to run the race. The physician assistant then called her supervisor for final approval to sign the form. I then waited in the patient room for an additional 10 minutes , no one telling me that the form was signed and waiting at the front desk. I do appreciate the due diligence of the provider at vybe, but at the same time maybe practice common sense in the future and have the courtesy to let me know the form was signed and waiting at the front desk so I didn’t have to spend more time waiting.
I have been a patient here for a few years now, and each time my experience is always great!
I was a walk-in patient, the wait time was bout 15-20 mins. The doctor was really great and patient, she listened to my needs and concerns.
I would recommend Vybe Urgent Care to my co-workers, family and friends.
The staff was fine and friendly, but they use some external service, ClearRX, to fill prescriptions. ClearRX was impossible to reach, as i sat on hold for over 30 minutes and never got my prescriptionsent to a pharmacy. I appreciated the helpful and efficient visit, but if I can't actually get access to the medications prescribed to me, there really is no point. As long as ClearRX is handling prescriptions, I'll be avoiding this place, sadly.
