I had such a wonderful experience at URBN dental! The entire team made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really put me at ease.
The appointment was efficient, thorough, and completely stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in providing excellent care. The place was clean, organized, and had a very relaxing atmosphere.
Dr. William did really good and if you’re looking for a dentist who is knowledgeable, gentle, and truly cares about their patients, you should go here too! Thank you for such a great experience—I actually look forward to my next visit!
I had been struggling to find a great dentist in the Houston area, but about a year ago I finally found one. Since then, I can confidently say this office continues to exceed my expectations every single time. The moment I walk in, I’m greeted with warm, genuine smiles.
Krystal and Dr.Malik have made my experience at URBN Dental truly stand out from any other dental office I’ve visited. Even though I only see them a few times a year, they always remember me and ask how my loved ones and I are doing. It shows that their priority is always the patient first.
Overall was a great experience here at URBN Dental - Uptown. The people here were very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. I specifically want to shoutout Chelsea at the front desk who assisted me in breaking down the payment structure and what to prioritize for my future appointments. I had multiple follow ups I needed to sort out and I was able to do so with Chelsea’s help. Mysty was the Dental Hygienist that did my cleaning and was very helpful in explaining what was going on with my teeth. She showed me visuals on a screen to educate me to know how to take care of them better.
I did not expect to be included and learn so much from my appointment, but I am very glad I did! I look forward to continue my dental care here at URBN Dental - Uptown.
Truly speaking it was a good experience to get the Consultation followed by the Dental cleaning. It went well and quite satisfied with the relief! Having clean, smooth teeth to get a great feeling. Hygiene found upto the mark, Xrays carried out with the ultra modern equipments. To sumup due care of the teeth is a Blessing, it's available at the Urban Dental Uptown.
I had an awesome experience. This was my first time ever in my life doing any sort of dental procedure. Alexis helped me understand the procedures scheduled for me and was very graceful with her work. Dr. Malik is a Godsend herself. As an anti-needle person, she helped me ease into treatment and was very graceful. Def would recommend.
From the front desk to the back, Everyone was so pleasantly warming and helpful. At the front desk, Francys and Krystal made sure I was seen and helped with any questions I had with everything. They were so sweet. Edgar and Cindy really made me feel welcomed and they are really really good at what they do. They made me feel comfortable with my visit and explained everything really well. Dr. Malik Is awesome! she broke everything down for me and explained what I needed to do for my teeth. she is very attentive and cares about her patients and what she does. This is a really an awesome team and I’m glad i came to URBN Dental. I am new to Houston and I feel confident they will fix my smile!
I’ve been going to URBN Dental for years and they’ve been amazing! They’re extremely patient with me as I have teeth sensitivity and they listen to my concerns. They work with me until I feel comfortable with whatever’s being worked on. I truly appreciate them.
I had very friendly and positive interactions with Dr. Malik, Regina, and Krystal. All parties were professional and detailed when going through the results of my X-rays and cleaning as a new patient. I definitely recommend this location for anyone interested in finding a new dentist.
