Dr Lee while courteous, was detailed and patient about the procedures, options and outcome while addressing any questions. The outcome was as told. Staff is thoughtful . The post surgery follow-up eye exams with Dr.Dankha was very supportive and thorough in the progress of the eye recovery with a very positive upbeat attitude making me feel comfortable with the procedures success and final outcome. Never felt rushed when addressing any question. Making this a walk away with confidence all went well and will be ok. Thank you!
I had an excellent experience at Tozer Eye. From the moment I arrived, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. There was very little wait time, and the entire process was organized and seamless.
The technology they use is top-notch and gave me confidence that I was receiving the highest quality care. The doctors were knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer my questions. The staff was courteous, friendly, and professional throughout my visit.

My experience with Dr. Sorenson and other staff was good. The only issue I have is that you charge for a written prescription. Isn't what you get from the insurance enough? If you charged less for the frames you offered you may sell more and not have to charge patients for their prescriptions.
We have gone to the Tozer Eye Center for over five years. We are happy with the service and level of expertise.
All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. As a retired healthcare professional, I am impressed that they keep up on the latest equipment and testing innovations.
The glasses and frames in the in-house optical store are not bad and there is a good selection. Prices may be slightly higher than a budget outlet like Walmart or Costco but the quality of the frames and lens material cannot be beat. The optician Tony is always helpful.
The problem with excellence is that the office is getting very crowded as people find out about them. There are tests taking place in every nook, even in the hallway. They keep enough staff on hand to get the preliminary checks and questions fielded but then there is a wait to see one of the new doctors. We never see Dr Tozer anymore. Hence, the four stars instead of five.
It's a busy office but managed very well. I never felt rushed and was always given time to ask questions. Wait times were very reasonable. From check-in, to measuring and pre-appointment prep, to visiting with Dr. Lee, to checking out, to scheduling, and finally to ordering new glasses with the optometrist, every person I encountered was competent and professional, but was also welcoming and friendly.
I go to a LOT of doctors and this is the best medical office I have dealt with.
Dr. Tozer is wonderful, thorough and professional. He always gives a detailed description of your exam. Is patient and answers all of your questions.
The staff in this office is wonderful. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. My last visit, Jack took me back to the exam room. He was welcoming and friendly and patient.
When I called to make my appointment, Yvette took my call. This is the type of person every medical office should hire. She was so helpful, getting my appointment set up. There was a smile in her voice.

He is professional, personable, honest, and actually sits down, discusses and listens to what your questions and concerns are.
Staff is top notch from the minute you walk in until you leave and everything else in between! Always willing to assist and take the extra step in whatever your questions or concerns are and expeditious in doing so.
