I’ve had a really good experience with this dental office. The dentists and staff are all very friendly, welcoming, and professional. They always make me feel comfortable during my visits, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. The office itself is great, and I would definitely recommend people to come here for dental work.
The only issue I’ve consistently had is getting ahold of someone by phone, since they don’t always answer calls. I think that’s something that could definitely be improved. Other than that, I honestly love this dentist office. If you want quicker answers or appointments, I’d suggest stopping by in person because the service there is always great.

My 90-year old mother had a 1 pm appointment and it was 2:30 and they still hadn’t seen or called her! every time i ask they say she is next. This by far the longest we have ever waited, the longest at another place was half hour and the staff let us know and apologized. what is up with this kind of service? totally wasting time especially as we arrived before 1 pm to fill out the forms. We finally said we couldn’t wait anymore because my mother was getting very hungry and tired (she’s 90!) and i asked to have all the papers that i filled out because she made it clear we WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE! They refused to give the papers back and one of the front desk ladies asked if i wanted to talk to the manager. i said YES even though my mother was adamant about leaving ASAP. Then the lady gave me back the paperwork that i filled out. i asked where the manager was and Wow, she was rude. She made me wait and then told me she was at lunch. when i asked why she didn't tell me sooner she said "whatever!" Seriously?!? that attitude! No apologies but pure rudeness.We left after waiting over 1 hour, 40 minutes. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME!!! can’t believe it. Reading other 1 star reviews completely validates our experience. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE NO OTHER OPTION!

Today was a very successful visit here at total care dental, my experience was at the highest of my expectations, Alejandra was very helpful in all my questions and walk me through the process and made me feel so comfortable with this visit. thank you all for the good and professional work. Defenetly will recommend family and friends.
I have no idea how this place has such high ratings. The wait times are astronomical. I had an appointment at 11am. Despite already confirming my appointment over text, they called me the day before to confirm once again. The day of, I check in and am not seen by the dentist for over 1.5 hours. I will come back and update this review since it's 12:30pm, yet I am STILL waiting to see the dentist. Do not come here.
Update: I forgot to update this review about my visit from October since I was in such a hurry to leave. The dentist came in at 12:50pm, 110 minutes after the original appointment time.
Thank you for your incredible pediatric services! My 2 year old was referred here because his assigned dentist did not specialize in children. We saw Dr. Katayoun Tajik and feel blessed that we scheduled an appointment for the same day we called. This was after getting approvals.
Dr. Tajik was kind and professional, and brought 2 trucks for my son to have. We ended up having to both sit on the dentist chair for his teeth to be examined cause my little man moves around so much. I have to hand it to Dr. Tajik for her approach and skills in checking out my son’s teeth.
The receptionists were super friendly! You can tell they do a LOT so please be patient and maybe call back another time or day if you’re not getting through.
When we arrived they had a man dressed as Mario making balloon swords for the kids, we really appreciated that.
I honestly loved how there were 2 waiting rooms. One of them was off to the side where we stayed and could play without bothering waiting patients.
Plenty of street parking out front and also around the block.
I got my braces done here 10/10 the ortho team there are amazing ! I was very happy with the results, also I had a dental emergency when a piece of my filling fell off. I had called them and the next day they scheduled me, I was in and out within the hour. Honestly, I have had a very positive experience at this dental place and they’re very kind and not intimidating like other dental offices :)
