I came in with a horrible toothache and was helped right away. Dr. Gomez was amazing and made sure I was taken care of as quickly as possible. Mrs. Blair was also incredible so kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. The staff overall was great and made a stressful situation so much easier. On top of that, they offer an amazing payment plan system, which truly helped relieve a lot of my stress. I’m very grateful and highly recommend this office!

This was my first visit to Tippit Dental and I am extremely pleased from the scheduling to the time I left. My hygienist Megan is not only the sweetest and polite person ever but the is very knowledgeable of her work. She explained step by step everything she was about to do, the explained my dental status, she made me aware ahead of time of the work I needed, how much was my out of pocket, and she advised me of the best way to improve and keep my gums and teeth healthy, and all this while I was comfortably on the dental chair. I like the dental office fine. They had me drive to spring to a lab to match the tooth shade, which is a really long drive from my house. It also took 9 days from the day I called for an appointment to get in, which is maddening, then another 10 days turnaround on the crown. That is just crazy. For Tippet to expect me to go over 3 weeks waiting on a crown while a temp is in my mouth and keeps coming out, tells me they do not have a customers best interests at heart. And I stressed that I face customers daily at work and I am also. Working professional musician. I paid the entire amount owed up front and while I’m sure the crown will be nice and of good quality, this has been an otherwise horrible experience. Tippet has offices all over the Houston area and this is the best they can do? I know for a fact I didn’t suffer through all this when my crowns were out in 22 years ago at another dentist.

SHAWNA WAS FANTASTIC and so I was very disappointed when I was getting set up for my next appointment and found out she was NOT a full time employee so she couldn't schedule herself for me. Sent my mom and sister for basic check up and cleaning and was exposed to dentist office trying to up sale dental procedures that were not needed, this making what should have been a very standard dental visit a complicated and confusing experience. Please stop trying to take advantage of patients by pushing procedures that are not needed( deep cleaning versus Regular cleaning) when it isn’t absolutely needed
