This office is literally the best office I have encountered. I come from Houston and was welcomed with the best customer service. Bella was SUPER SWEET literally just everything an assistant should be. Robin Margaret was very fast paced and was in and out. Amber was so sweet and helped schedule my appointments with no problem and broke down everything perfectly. Dr. Araiza was super quick and very kind. He’s also very detailed about treatment. Keep this up guys , you’re doing a fantastic job.
What a team! Manager(Amber) was super helpful in explaining things in my chart from 3 years ago all with a great attitude! Bella(dental assistant) super nice and good at letting you know what she's doing(X-rays) and you can definitely tell she loves her job. . Robin is the best hygienist I've had, really nice with a great attitude! Checked in to let me know what was going on paperwork wise(wait time). Dr.Araiza was helpful explaining the scans done during my visit and what the next steps should be. Overall this team was phenomenal. Definitely the best dentist appointment experience I've had! Ask for this team!
The staff was very unprofessional. When I was checking out at the front desk, the lady seemed so dismissive. When I asked about a follow up appointment, she made me feel as if I was bothering her. Not to mention that there was a lady who would occasionally walk into my room and make snarky remarks. I did not feel comfortable or cared for. What’s worse was that my treatment wasn’t good and yet so expensive, my teeth were hurting and bleeding for far longer than they told me it would. Please do not go here. If I could give it zeros stars I would.
What a great place to send your loved ones for quality care and great service! Don’t miss out to meet the very knowledgeable Dr. Araiza whom is very kind and also receptive to any questions or concerns. The Hygienist, Margaret, was exceptional as well in explaining everything she was doing while treating my 7 year old! The Dental Assistance, Selena exhibited great team work and had good communication among the staff workers Sam and Eliana. Everyone seems to work well together and it shows in the quality of care they give for their patients.

My recent visit was so amazing all thanks to Selena. She made my visit very pleasant and enjoyable, she is very caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. If you come for a visit I hope you get her as part of your dental care team.
Not at all what I expected! I got plan but no follow up! Only bots! Not the issue though! Clearly losing teeth and have an infection, but I’m guessing because they are extracting nothing is being given for the infection. This place left a bad taste in my mouth! Literally!
Big thank you to the team at The Smile center on marbach. From the big ol welcome from Sam and Angela to the perfect process by Dr. Ariaza, Margaret who did amazing/painless job at my cleaning to lala who did my exam and work up. This team has it down and I will be back! 💗 Thank you!
Im so sick and tired of calling and not getting any help with an appointment just for a braces adjustment. I've paid all my dues ,and all I'm asking is to get my wire adjusted. They've been giving me the run around for 2 weeks telling me there team is not at certain locations and to call back another time. I've called multiple locations, multiple times, met with nothing, but a please call back another day. The last one didn't even know what they were talking about, she had another lady in the background telling her what to say to me. I keep getting these responses in a loop. Super frustrating. Potranco location and Marbach.
