I've been seeing Dr. Norlin for about two years now, and she's great. She's knowledgeable, takes the time to listen, and never makes me feel rushed. She answers my questions thoroughly and always makes me feel like my concerns are important.
She's also just very easy to talk to. I always leave feeling informed and confident about my care.
The staff at Northwestern Specialists for Women are great too. Everyone is friendly, scheduling is easy and appointments always seem to run on time.
I'm really glad I found Dr. Norlin and would absolutely recommend her.
So far so good. I am pregnant and have the best doctors. They are able to work with my schedule. Because of my weird working hours I have seen I feel like every doctor that works at the practice and I haven't had one that I didn't like. I feel really good knowing that when I do go in for delivery I feel good with whoever is on call. I am so happy I found this practice since I am a high risk pregnancy with gestational diabetes. So supported here!

The office is very well organized. From check-in to check-out, everything runs smoothly, and my appointments are consistently on time. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend this practice.
I love this office! They’ve been catering to my evolving needs for over 15 years! Beginning with my first pregnancy to now premenopausal phase. The level of care and bedside manner from my beloved Dr V has only gotten better with every passing year. The mammogram technician I saw today was incredibly supportive, gentle and outstanding at making feel comfortable throughout the visit. I HIGHLY recommend this practice for all of your woman’s needs.
I have been a patient at Northwestern Specialists for Women for over 12 years, and it is truly a fantastic practice. Dr. Kimberly McMahon delivered my daughter and has been an incredible resource to me ever since.
What makes Dr. McMahon truly exceptional is her holistic approach and her deep cultural sensitivity and awareness. She is one of the most thoughtful and conscious doctors I have ever worked with, always taking the time to see the whole person. It is rare to find a practice that balances such high-level medical expertise with genuine empathy and inclusivity. I cannot recommend them enough!
Dd. Lisa Muzzulo is the best OB GYNE I've ever had in my entire life! She's brutally honest, genuinely thorough and cares about her patient despite age, race or challenges! She deserves to be on ZocDocs top Dr.s. ive been coming to her 14 yrs. Also, Patty in ultrasound is amazing!
I have been going to this practice for years and delivered two babies with their doctors. As they have grown, my experience is that they have lost concern over patient service. I scheduled my daughters for gynecology appointment. We arrived at the exact time the appotment was scheduled and they told us the appointment had been cancelled. because we did not arrive 30 minutes early. All of our paperwork had been completed in advance and when asked why we needed to be there 30 minutes early, the response was because that is our policy. I took off work, my daughter took off school and spent the day anxious about her appointment only to be cancelled. We won’t be rescheduling here. They could have seen her as we made it at the time the appointment was scheduled. They just did not because someone was enforcing a really unfortunate policy.
I am not sure about the other doctors here, but I will speak for the doctor that I saw today. Worst experience of my life. The doctor rescheduled me three times within the day called and cancel my appointment for no reason I am currently five months pregnant and was having a little bit of complications. I wanted to check on my baby. I drove a total of three hours to come to my appointment on three separate occasions and was not seen The doctor was willing to have a telehealth appointment while I was in clinic lobby than actually see me if that’s not crazy I don’t know what it is. I think this doctor is lazy and I think that she’s more concerned about getting people in and out then actually addressing the concerns of The patient. I will still have my baby at Northwestern, but I definitely 100% will not be having it with this doctor and I recommend if you are looking for compassion, you look elsewhere or go with another doctor. kindness goes a long way to the doctor is not kind and this doctor is very very impatient
