If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. I had the worst experience bringing my daughter in for a piercing that had healed over and needed to be removed. I was told by Christina Mai NP, that my daughter would need possible steroid injections or maybe even radiation for a "Keloid" that never was and this was by Christina's own admission, after I questioned her. After navigating through the nonsense that Christina said and letting her know that we just wanted the earring removed, she said ok, but we would have to wait for the piercing to heal. I came back 6 days later only to be told by Christina that she didn't have the "tools" to remove the piercing. I wasted time and money with this dermatology office and am convinced they are only intrested in selling repeat visits. This is why they are quick to have you sign a waiver to let your minor come to the office unaccompanied. I've never experienced retail like medical service and now I know to stay away. I will not visit dermatology specialist ever again and I would advise everyone and anyone I come across to NOT go there based on the fact they were not transparent about what they are able to assist with. Btw, I went to urgent care and the piercing was removed!
